Beachfront house 4BR/4Bath, view, private pool, dock and beach

Belize Gold Standard Certified 4 BRs, 4 baths beach house with an amazing view off the Caribbean sea and barrier reef. We are just a mile and a half north of San Pedro Town square and within walking distance of 5 restaurants/bars. It is the most secure and prestigious neighborhood. Private pier, pool, yard, laundry, BBQ, kayak, bicycles, hammocks, snorkel gears.
Two separate 2BR/2Bath units in the house can be rented individually. If you rent the entire house, you have 4 bedrooms (10-12 people), 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two patios, laundry, a pool, and a pier for swimming and docking. That means you have total privacy. We just added a new pool to the property.
The property is close to everything but very quiet at the same time. Our neighbors don't do rentals. Good for us :)
We offer assistance with booking activities, tours, rentals, and recommendations for restaurants and bars.

This location is amazing! Right on the ocean with an amazing view!! Pool and great patios, sang yard to relax. It’s also centrally located to where you can get back to downtown and up to Secret Beach and the far north end of the island. The host Karen and her team was outstanding. Super responsive to anything we needed. It is also located right across from Pur which was super convenient! We will be back to this property!!

Well kept, beautiful house with comprehensive support staff

The house is as pictured. Roads are rough in some areas, but that's just the Caye. Get a golf cart! There are 20 carts for every auto on the Caye. This house has a full compliment of (off-site) support staff. One person will arrange trips, cart rentals, and chefs. Another responds to any maintenance issues. The gardener comes regularly to maintain the grounds. They met us at the airport, assisted with luggage, and escorted us to the house. Food is expensive on the island. We hired a chef for most of our dinners, cooking for us in the house. Virginia and Dwaine brough all the groceries, and cooked fabulous meals. They were also great fun to talk with while they worked, and gave us great info on Ambergris.The chef was well worth it. We had a wonderful stay..
