Love it!

Our stay at Villa 18 in Maralaguna was absolutely amazing! The villa was spotless and felt brand new — everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. A huge thank you to Gineli, who went above and beyond from the very beginning. She helped us organize our entire trip from Mexico City, including all the tours and activities, assisted us with the golf cart, welcomed us at the villa, and even gave us a tour of the lagoon (with some fun facts about the crocodile!). Her warmth and attention to detail truly made a difference. We’re also very grateful to the entire Vacasa team in San Pedro for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. Five-star all the way — highly recommended!
