Relaxing Get Away

This studio apartment was clean & comfortable. Kaitlynn was super helpful and attentive. She organized our excursions and our golf cart. This location is superb. Short walk to many restaurants & over-the-water Palapa bars, sandy beach, town, and to our excursion company. We had a very relaxing stay.

Belize winter get away.

Property is right on the beach in San Pedro. Great access to the beach and restaurants. Our room was clean and functional. Staff on site are fabulous, thanks to Yvette and her team, made our holiday great. Ray & Elaine

We stayed in the studio and it was perfect for our 5 day stay and had everything we needed. Management was excellent and Kaitlynn our concierge for the property was super helpful, very easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and offering information. I would 100% stay here again.

It was extremely clean and I loved that they supplied you with filtered water. I also appreciated the free shuttles to the ferry and the attention to detail from the managers Kaitlynn and Angel. Reviewer Comments: The Casita at Belizean Reef was absolutely perfect for a solo diver visiting San Pedro and wanting to be immersed in the culture of the area. Everything a traveler, and diver, could need was available there at the Belizean Reef: Great bed, beautiful view, hot shower, clean amenities, all centrally located right in the middle of San Pedro. Though in a busy area, the location is nestled in a quiet spot surrounded by the bustling city, and the noise was minimal. For a diver, the secure garden area and patio made for the perfect place to dry gear, and I could not have been more comfortable after a long day of diving, as the amply sized refrigerator, the clean jugged water, and the amazing air conditioning made for perfect, relaxed evenings. Ernie and Carlo's Runway Bar was a 30 second walk away, and the restaurants within walking distance were exceptional! I will absolutly be renting this spot again next time I'm in San Pedro!

Easy access to everything. Very comfortable. Always able to reach someone if needed. They arranged for our golf cart and put us in touch with great tour group. Definitely would return.

Beware of Location

The property manager was great and helpful. The downfall of the place is the location and lack of information in the listing. It was extremely loud in the condo from about 6am until midnight with the road, businesses and airport noise. The hot water did not work at first. We ultimately left after one night to find a quieter place with larger bed and working hot water.

I love staying here because it's right in the middle of town-- easy to walk up or down the beach and find plenty of things to do. It's not fancy but if you're a pretty laid back, unfussy person or couple who enjoys simple pleasures and finds beauty everywhere, you'll love staying here.

Excellent!

We stayed in Flat 3C at the Belizean Reef and it was just perfect for what we wanted. Yvette and her staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful, and so easy to work with. The property is in a good location, and is safe and clean. We would most definitely go back and stay in the same flat (a studio) if just the 2 of us, or one of the 1-Bedroom flats if our entire family came. One thing to note - if you are expecting a luxury resort with someone bringing you drinks and massaging your feet, this isn't the place. But if you want a safe, clean, secure place that is comfortable and in a great location in San Pedro, this is it. We will definitely be returning! This would also be a great place for an extended stay!
