this is a beautiful beach house, excellent view of ocean, constant Sea Breeze, coconut trees and a few large Iguanas running around.. great pool to relax and swimm. it is a twenty minute gulf cart ride to town on a dirt road..

No Working Water - Burst Pipes - No Communication

The communication with the property management from the beginning was horrible. Upon arriving to San Pedro, it was storming, although I was told early check in was available it was not accomodated. Upon arriving, I was given the wrong code to enter the property and waited until the staff arrived to ensure the home was ready to get in. The next evening I woke up to find there was no water. I called and called to find out what was going on where I was accused of breaking the pipes (outside pipes) I continually called for updates and spent a weekend without water having to get a bucket to get water from the pool to use in the toilets to use the restroom. The water was repaired mid day on Monday and there was still no follow up. I at one time argued with someone from property management (via text) where she accused me of lying about it raining (i sent her a video) It was very hard to enjoy the home without being able to properly bathe, use the restroom, cook or even wash your hands, brush your teeth. To date I have not heard from anyone regarding my request for compensation for these experiences

Great Location and the House was perfect

Everything about View the Blue was perfect. Anna, the Operations Manager for San Pedro was extremely helpful and made our vacation 100 percent stress free. We would do this trip again and book the View the Blue.

Property was great in regards to setting. Driving to town was a little longer than I thought it would be. The house was short on towels. That being said the rental was great. People were there to meet us and had a golf cart delivered promptly. Area was quiet and safe. Water was absolutely stunning. Would be back In a heartbeat.

10 days of relaxation

We liked the setup of the property, directly on the beach. The pool was nice and Rosemary sent someone over to check on us and tidy up a little. They arranged our transportation as well. Had a great time.

Great Experience

Home is a little out of town on south end - if you like a more laid back quieter atmosphere- you’ll really enjoy! We stayed with another couple on upper level and it was a great experience.

Beautiful view.

Renting a golf cart to get into town is an absolute must. Unfortunately we were there during a rainy period and the pool is not heated so was not usable. The ocean is a bit weedy but that seems to be common for the area. Interior is large and spacious.

Perfect mix of quiet and close

From the second we got off the dock, we were in amazing hands. We were driven to the property, given a tout of town the island on the way, got great recommendations, and expert tips for making the most of our time. The place was lovely and clean, with everything ready for our arrival. The owners checked in, and connected us with tour operators who offer d a variety of options without any pressure. We ended up doing an all day dive with lunch we caught cooked on the beach. The dock sticks far into the water and is a haven for fish, starfish, and at least one (harmless) nurse shark. We rented a golf car, which was delivered to us, and made getting around much easier (the house is several miles from town and a mile from the nearest store). All in all, I could not say enough good things about the property and the trip.

best vacation ever

From the minute we landed on the dock until we got dropped back off, we were in amazing hands. The house was perfect, the amenities lovely, the view stunning, and the people incredible. After 4 days we came back as refreshed as if we spent 10, and we will definitely be back.
