「We loved everything about this hotel! First, our flight into Rome was very delayed, making us arrive in Siena at nearly 1:00 am. We called ahead and spoke with Elena, who arranged for us to be able to access our room so very late (the hotel front desk closes at 10:00 pm). 「Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist etwas irreführend. Man erwartet ein vollwertiges Hotel, es ist aber nicht. Es iste die oberste Etage eines Wohnhauses mit self checkin. Wenn man das weiß ist alles ok, sollte vielleicht etwas genauer beschrieben werden. Das Zimmer ist super modern und Neuwertig ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. 」
