Family Reunion in El Salvador
Unbelievable views, clean we’ll maintained property. It honestly felt like we stayed in our own 5 Star hotel. Mercedes and Alvaro are amazing and truly made our time there very pleasant.

This house was perfect!
We rented this house for a family vacation (15 people) and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of space and we had a great experience. We were greeted by Alvaro and Mercedes (the staff on site) with a welcome basket. First, Alvaro and Merecedes do a great job taking care of the property. They go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. We paid Mercedes to cook some of our meals and the food was delicious! The food was also prepared at the time given. Alvaro (for a small fee) picked up groceries for our group which made it extremely convenient. Rina was also quick to answer questions via WhatsApp and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Pictures do not do this place justice. We were walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The house is amazing and has every amenity you can possibly imagine including beautiful sunsets, plenty of hammocks for relaxing, a swimming pool, the black sand beach with stunning rock walls and caves to name a few. We will absolutely recommend this place to our family and friends. It was hard leaving the house. El Tunco/Surf City was a ten-minute walk. We also visited Coatepeque Lake which I highly recommend. My teenagers loved the jet skis and lake. Honestly, I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and this was hands down the best! Thank you Rina, Alvaro and Mercedes. Our family will be returning.

Business Celebration Trip
We enjoyed the stay! Alvaro y Mercedes were wonderful hosts. Our business is owned by two families and we celebrated a major milestone with this trip. The property worked perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay!

Amazing
Words do not do this place justice. Our entire stay was such a great experience. The views, the location, the staff on scene were incredible. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that’s well taken care off. As a bonus, it’s one of the few places that allow small events to be taken at the residence. I’m glad I was able to such a gem. Lots of beds if you have a large group. El tunco is less than 10 mins away if you decide to check out a place with tons of restaurants and bars.

Amazing stay at Casa Farallon
We rented the house to have a family reunion and from beginning to end was fantastic. Rina the proprietor was extremely helpful and easily accessible via WhatsApp and always answered my messages quickly. Alvaro and Mercedes took great care of us and the property as it was clean and beautiful. The house itself is amazing. Where is situated? You can see the sunset and the sunrise. El Tuco is a five minute walk on the beach when the tide is low and the poor of the property is wonderful to relax in especially with kids when the tide is high. There are plenty of hammocks for relaxing. The whole space in general is designed to unwind and enjoy. We are already planning on coming back next year.

Beautiful Beach Home
We found this property and those who worked there to be incredible. It was clean and well kept with comfortable beds. We used their cooking and laundry services. Both were well worth the money charged. Delicious food. We had a large group of people (16) and the accommodations were more than adequate. Everyone enjoyed the pool and we were also able to visit the beach when the tide was out by using stairs on the property. Beautiful black sand beach with stunning rock walls and even a cave. Awesome sunsets. We will definitely consider returning to this property on our next trip to El Salvador.

Farallon Beach House was perfect!
Hands down the best house I've ever rented for a family vacation. Property was beautiful, clean and my favorite add on was security 24/7 (Alvaro) with an awesome cook (Mercedes) I highly recommend hiring Mercedes to cook meals. The house also has a restaurant next door and a bar! house is in a great location and 10 minute walk from El Tunco. My family and I can't wait to return to this beautiful house. Rina was also so quick to answer all my questions via WhatsApp. House exceeded my expectations.

Under sold, over delivered
The location, the staff, the house and the amenities were impeccable. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The host was very responsive, prompt in response and easy going. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to maximize our time enjoying ourselves. We were stocked up with fresh coconut juce the entire stay. I must say, the pictures do not do the house justice. It was a pleasant surprise to arrive to the miraculous view and vast space that the house is. Also, there is a staircase in the back that lead to cave system. Unbelieve experience. Worth every dollar! We will be back.

Stunning Property
We had a wedding at this property and it was amazing!!! The house is gorgeous, the view is stunning. We all loved this place. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook (when i say everything is everything) you don't need to bring anything (just the food lol) This house definitely deserves 10 stars. The only thing I noticed is that the bed clothes were not clean and they had a weird smell and stains. The shower curtain on one of the bathrooms had a horrible smell like if it had never been washed. But still, this property is amazing and deserves 10 stars. Those are details they can easily improve.

The property was perfect and very spacious! We had a family of 15 and still had plenty of room. The views from this place were amazing. Although we couldn’t access the beach from our house due to high tide there were other beaches within 5 minutes including El Tunco, El Majagual and El Sunzal. The hosts are very kind and are there available to meet your needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Farallón beach house
Rina’s house is amazing! This was our second summer in a row staying there and we loved it. Alvaro and Mercedes take great care of the property and Mercedes was a great help in the kitchen. The property is modern and clean and spacious. You’re within 5 minutes of El Tunco and within walking distance to restaurants. We’d never hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for the great weekend!

Must Book!!
The Farallon Beach House is a must Book!!!!!! Rina (the owner) is very helpful, attentive, accessible, patient, and thorough. The home itself is beautiful and right on the coast. We were unable to go down to the beach waters due to the hide tides and strong currents during our visit. But, the peace, serenity, and ambiance of the home was much needed for our group. Mercedes(house keeping & cook), Letty (cook), and the groundskeeper were pleasant, kept the home clean, and although they also stay on the property gave plenty of privacy. You are able to pay extra for groceries and a daily fee for them to cook and it is worth it. The food was Delicious and always prepared at the time given. There are a few restaurants in the area within walking distance and right next door is a bar for inexpensive finger foods and drinks. I highly recommend!

Wonderful property, close to restaurants and bars: Cadejo, al antillanos, Farallones and can’t miss Chepe Aleta ostras and conchas. Amazing place. Alvaro & Mercedes are superb in maintaining the property spotless. My kids and grandkids first time in El Salvador they are in love with this place that they want to buy it.

Just beautiful!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house is just beautiful, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the house and the staff (Alvaro and Mercedes). Gorgeous sunsets and so peaceful! We were lucky enough to go to the beach one day, but then the tide never allowed us to go again, but it was all good, as we had Majagual beach on one side and Tunco on the other. We would 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property. Our only disappointment was the pictures show a beach in front of the property. For our week there we never saw sand as the surf was against the rocks. Maybe different times of the year or low tide timing might be a factor. This was a big let down to us as we were expecting to play in the sand / beach there not having to go somewhere else to do so. Overall nice property, pleasant people and service, had a great time.

This was a great experience in every way. The family was blown away of how nice the place is. The house is Super clean and the food was great. We have a friend who live 2 hours away who brought majority of the groceries however we forgot few things... without a problem they helped us find some. Super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect place to stay
We have stayed in several properties from Costa del Sol to Playa Dorado and this is the first one that was 100% exactly as pictured and described. The employees Alvaro and Mercedes were super attentive and take such good care of the property. The location is perfect with a club, restaurant and hotel on either side. It's super easy to get food or drinks right next door and many places even deliver. The rooms were excellent. Clean, quiet and all 5 rooms had matching bedding. We will certainly be back. Thanks Rina, Alvaro and Mercedes for making our trip that much more memorable.

Amazing beachfront property in La Libertad!
This property is stunning! We stayed from Friday-Monday with friends and family. We were a total of 15 guests but it could have accommodated a few more. There are 5 bedrooms, two of which are designed to accommodate kids or those who don’t need as much privacy. The property is very well maintained and cared for by a couple living at the front of the property. The views are stunning and the sound of the crashing waves in the background are a pleasant backdrop from wherever you are. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need if you choose to do your own cooking. Mercedes is also available to cook for the guests for a small daily fee. There is plenty of entertainment space for all guests, a pool table, swimming pool, and a charcoal BBQ for grilling. We will definitely be back next time when visiting El Salvador if this property is available.

A True Paradise!
We are so happy we stayed at this property! Getting to the property was easy, the road is bumpy getting to the property but it does not make it impossible for cars to get through at all. The owner Rina is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make your stay more than unforgettable ❤️ Alvaro and Mercedes are very courteous and attentive. They are always close by to help with anything you need. We asked Mercedes to cook for us and we did not regret it! If you stay here, I definitely recommend you doing it , so you can enjoy every minute of this paradise. The house walking in just takes you breath away! The view when standing on the patio area facing the pool and overlooking the beach is amazing. Sunrises are amazing and in the evenings the changing colors in the sky are amazing! DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE!! The house is amazing alltogether! I love that the master is away from the house and by itself! The view from here is amazing as well! The house was spotless clean, it has everything you need. I loved that we had our own private beach and we were able to go down and enjoy it. Everything from start to finish was awesome! All I can say is we will definitely come back and will make this our second home away from home when coming to La Libertad. I love that there is a sports bar next to the property. We were able to go and have drinks with family. You cannot hear music from rooms and so this is NOT an issue whatsoever. This area is very safe, in fact we actually walked to El Tunco Beach and it is about 10 to 15 minutes from the house as it stated in the description. All together we loved the atmosphere there, alot of sports bars, food and clubs if you like to go dancing. If you do decide to go at night I would suggest you make reservations ahead of time due to the fact that it does get busy and you won't be able to find a table anywhere. We will be coming back soon! Thank you for everything Rina, Alvaro and Mercedes you are ALL amazing and made our stay unforgettable!

My family and I could not be any happier with our stay. Beautiful home, super clean, amazing view. The caretakers are wonderful people, so sweet and helpful. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking. We've stayed at many homes in La Libertad but this is definitely going to be our #1 from now on. We were so happy with our stay.

Amazing stay
I stayed at this amazing property with my family and it was the best thing we did in El Salvador. The property is beautiful, clean and in a really great location. I do not have anything negative to say about this property, everything was so great and we will definitely be back again. The family that cares for the property are so kind and do a very good job at maintaining the house and grounds. They were always available for anything we needed.

Farallon Beach House is a Paradise
This beach home is spectacular. What you see is what you get & even more. The views, the setting, the location & the staff. It is a 5 Star home for sure. Do not hesitate when booking this property. Rina the manager is on point, from beginning to end. Prior to our arrival, I emailed her a grocery shopping list, a menu list and we had everything ready when we arrived. The caretaker, Alvaro is very polite & helpful. Mercedes, his wife kept the house impeccable & also assisted with the cooking. Lety our chef, she cooked for us the most delicious meals (platos tipicos). She just knew how to make everything. Overall, we could not have asked for more. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Beautiful Hidden Gem
Beautiful property on the coast! It's even better than what the pictures make it look like. There are a minimum of three hammocks laid out on top of the main isolated bedroom. It really does feel like a little paradise. Just remember to specifically ask for a chef beforehand. Access to the beach is only available from about November-April ( I didn't know this). Only downside is that the two largest rooms share one bathroom.

Stress free paradise
Can not compared pictures with the amazing view you get in person... all my family loved it. We fitted perfectly in all beds, it was clean and place smelled good. There was space for everyone. The bar/restaurant next door was actually a plus bc we had free music to enjoy ordered food and drinks too it was nice. Since its invierno we couldn't access the beach, but no worries we went down to the Mahagual beach like 10 min away in car I'll say or less and there was parking for like 10 all day but we pay 5 bc it was already late afternoon when we decided to check it out.. there you have lots of restaurants you name it. Pupusas, cocteles, mangos, minutas, elotes locos etc... like we were happy. The house is near some stores too so don't stress over it, if you bring your own car you good, you can walk. El senor Alvaro and the other lady (forgot her name) was very helpful and respectful too, they helps us too with a few mandados. The owner of the house was very fast with communication which we loved. We hope we can return soon. I recommend 100%.

Great getaway!
The property is located on a cliff right in front of the ocean. You have an amazing view from anywhere! (Unfortunately, there is a bar right next to the house now. Customers can view directly into the main room specially at night so keep in mind to keep the blinds closed if you want more privacy ) You can hear the ocean waves hit the rock from the main room, is amazing! The house was clean, and very spacious. All rooms have their proper linen and smell and looked clean. All rooms had their A/C on upon arrival (I always think that is a nice touch!) also, we were welcome by Mercedes and Alvaro, the property guardian. They were great and made us feel like home.
