My entire family loved this property! Not only was it super clean you can tell it’s very well taken care of. The whole staff was amazing. We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security. 10/10 would stay again.

We rented the whole place had about 25 people from new born to an 80 year old family vacation. We had big plans for all 3 days to drop our stuff off and go to Surf City, but ended up just staying at the place all 3 days. The staff was excellent, helpful and professional. We had fresh coconuts a great view, everyone said they wish we could have stayed longer. There were no complaints and again the staff was great. Definitely recommend this place, because when 25 people from different ages and background gives this place a thumbs up, that's pretty good.

The property is beautiful and it was such a delight to spend it with family. The beach is a short walk down, but be prepared to take some stairs down and up if you choose this route. Angela and Don Carlos were exceptional and so welcoming! Our only negative experience was during the check out with Marisol. During the walkthrough she counted every blanket and plate to ensure nothing was taken. It just didn't feel like a great end to such a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home.

This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice, the house looks 10X's more beautiful in person. We were a large group of 21 people and there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marisol the house keeper was wonderful! We asked her and her helpers to cook traditional Salvadorian breakfast for us as well as dinner and it was the best. She went shopping for groceries for us and made sure everything was fresh and washed at all times. We are certainty going to miss her Don Carlos the maintenance man was awesome as well. We seen him actually climb the trees on the property and cut us down Fresh coconuts. He always made sure the pool area was taken care and clean. We are definitely going to return to El Salvador and plan on staying here again. Thank you Angela for allowing us to stay in your amazingly beautiful home. Cant wait to return.

This house was beautiful and had some breathtaking views. The staff was so nice and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon. The first level is handicap accessible which was so important as my mother is in a wheelchair this home was just perfect for her. 100% recommend.

We had the best time… The staff was amazing and very helpful. We really appreciate them all so much. The property was in a great place, not to much foot traffic, very private. We felt very safe. Our entire trip was amazing, we stayed for 10 Days in El Salvador. R This location was the cherry on top for us all.

Property was clean, nice location and Don Carlos and Marisol were very kind and helpful. The house has a great view of the ocean and has easy access to a restaurant. Bathrooms were clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. We noticed the fridge on the bottom floor doesn’t cool enough and heads up to anyone renting this property is that it doesn’t have direct beach access.

My husband and I rented the Whole place to ourselves and LOVED it. The House/es are in a nice secluded area, you literally have a private beach area all to yourself. Our sons and their wives visited El Salvador for the fist time so we wanted them to enjoy it to the fullest and they did. The house has a NICE size pool for everyone to enjoy, 4 of the rooms have private bathrooms and the rest share. The view itself is to die for. They literally woke up 6am to walk on the beach and catch the sunrise. the place is gorgeous, safe, secluded, if you purchase all your groceries there is no need to go anywhere but enjoy the beach, pool and the view! Will certainly do this again! Mario & Angela (owners) were in contact by text and cell phone when needed. Housekeeper Marisol is amazing and assisted us when needed. If you want a nice massage at the site!!! I recommend you book Marisol or Roxanna- These ladies have amazing hand touch. Marisol's daughter does the cutest braiding and did all the girls hair.
