Perfect one night stop during Semana Grande

A little surprised by the look of the building on arrival but room was very clean and modern and beds very comfortable. Staff is also very helpful.

It's close to the town and the parking lot, so it'

Part of an old high-rise building behind the station has been renovated into a 12-room shared hotel. The building is old for a high-rise building, with few shops, and I think the upper floors are apartments other than the hotel on the first floor (sorry if I'm wrong). However, once inside the hotel, it is very new and clean, and appears to have been recently renovated. People who are used to it may not mind, but I think it's better to be careful about women walking alone or coming home drunk, as it's not very popular at night.

This hostel is on the second floor of a big, 10 story building that looks semi-occupied, almost abandoned. It is next to the train station in a neighborhood full of people hanging out, making noises, with loud music which makes it kind of sketchy. Police patrol cars are usually there "interacting" with the trouble makers. Being a hostel, the common are can be noisy, (teen agers preparing their meals at 1 or 2 in the morning). Now the good: the coffee machine is great, the rooms are clean and good size, and the price was excellent.

Great place

A fantastic place to stay. Close to everything and very modern with good facilities. Dont be put off by the outside, the rooms are very modern, the area with free coffee machine and dishes was great. Ricardo was amazing, giving us lots of great information and advice

The room was clean and comfortable, and even though they don't have a traditional reception staff, they're very responsive to any questions or concerns. The check-in and check-out process was painless. The place is about twenty-minute walk to the old town.

The only thing I would suggest is having hard copy maps of AIRPORT bus stops for guests. The signage on the bus stops is useless and google maps, city mapper and Apple Maps are completely wrong.

It felt like a dormitory. The room was very clean but it wasn’t comfortable. The concrete floors and lack of closet space didn’t help. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The coffee machine was appreciated. The location is on the “other” side of the river. I had trouble locating it. For the price, I would look elsewhere.

The building's exterior as a whole looks rundown. Scary looking guys hanging out around the property. Even the lobby on the ground floor can use some maintenance. Dried potted plants still sit around. Perhaps, the ext. maint. is not the responsibility of C Enea Rooms. The property itself is clean & neat in contrast to the general appearance of the Atocha Tower. Location is unbeatable, the train/bus station is just next door. La Concha Beach, Aquarium & other points of interest are all within walking distance. Gotta mention Onix who was so nice to deal with. She's very friendly & helpful. Thanks so much!! Rooms are spacious & in good shape. Bathrooms are clean & quite big.

Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och bra med möjlighet till lite självhushåll. Bra läge med nära till busstationen och gångavstånd till det mesta. Dock lite otrevligt med folk som stod och hängde runt huset vilket skapade känsla av otrygghet.

L’hébergement était parfait, propre avec tout ce qu’il y a besoin. Une machine à café est aussi à disposition. Le fait d’être proche de la gare est un p’us considerable. C’était très calme. Le seul truc c’est l’état du bâtiment où est l’hébergement. Ca fait un peu peur mais sinon très bien !
