San Simeon Spa Hotel

"This is a beautiful property with a great location right next to the main square at Paso with restaurants, shopping and a movie theater just steps away. The room was modern, upscale and clean. The only negative was our check-in with a very discourteous front desk woman who was on the phone when we arrived and did not even acknowledge our presence for almost ten minutes while she was on the phone making no effort to end the conversation which at times appeared to be a personal phone call. When she finally hung up she made no effort to apologize for what had transpired and spoke to us in a very impersonal and matter of fact manner. Despite this I would definitely return to this beautiful and conveniently located hotel. "

"Great and beautiful premises Built within the last 10 years to resemble a beautiful Tuscan village Wished the flooring weren’t covered with pathetic carpets ! Wine tasting offered a fun experience and Allegretto has surprisingly good wines! Restaurant was good Room was spacious and well Appointed Great surroundings with vineyards around"

"Only issue we had no tissues in the bathroom at check in. Other than that check in girl was amazingly sweet, the room was clean, a little smelly, but clean. We had enough hand soap, lotion, body wash. My only complaint the conditioning shampoo is pretty harsh on my hair. But thats not the staffs fault. I really should carry my own.. there is a pool and hot tub, and ice machine. But i dkdnt use the hot tub or pool this time around."

"This hotel was very cool. Older, elegant feel to the property. We had a room with a view of the ocean, wasn’t the best view but we could sit and have a coffee and watch the water! Clean and comfortable room! "
