The floor in the room looked filthy. The carpet was badly stained. We stayed on first floor and since there is no air conditioning we had to leave the window open. At night, the patrons above us partied all night and into the morning we could hear them vomiting on the deck above us.

Our room was great. Great view of the Ocean from our room! We upgraded when we got there to an ocean view room thee as that cost 40.00 more per night but totally worth it. Not too happy with their restaurant.

We loved being right at the ocean! The location was beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and while the weather was not cold so we did not use the fireplace, it was a nice touch.

Ocean waves crashing outside our open balcony door after a lovely in room dinner was wonderful. Great breakfast and ocean view the next morning was a beautiful way to begin our day.

I love the room with a view to the ocean and the fire pits they had at night. It was great staying by the fire in front of the ocean with a glass of wine.

The location is nice because it’s on the beach. The rooms didn’t feel well maintained and the AC didn’t work. When we asked staff for help getting the AC to work they told us to use a fan. The room was hot and never cooled down.

The area is dirty too much garbage, no fridge for your food and no AIR conditioning, no cold air! The room was 83 degrees inside ! Horrendous! My food was spoiled the small mini fridge does not work! Plus you cannot swim the beach is too dirty too many rocks, and logs, the front office said that there is a fan to keep the room cool, the ocean view is good “noise” but nice but for $359 per night! NO! Not worth it. Coffee was good . And the sink did not drain all dirty water got stuck! The front office did nothing! To make me change my mind! Never AGain!

The buildings and our room look old, as well as the furnishings inside our room. The room has a damp, musty smell. The 2 armchairs were covered with scratchy fabric seat covers that were so uncomfortable to sit on. There was no air conditioning so we have to keep the windows open to have air circulation in the room but that made us feel unsafe. They did provide a fan but it kept tipping over. The tv is analog, and the picture is grainy. We had dinner at their restaurant, the service was good but the roast chicken was dry and soup was not tasteful. The food did not taste freshly cooked. The only redeeming feature is the location which is actually on the ocean front with beautiful views of the coastline. I would have expected better because the hotel rate is quite pricey ($340/night). The hotel badly needs an upgrade.

Check-in & check-out was smooth. Our room location was a bit noisy. Had an 1:45am disturbance from the neighboring room. It is quite windy in the afternoon.

This was a great experience for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic and so is the weather. The location is perfect to enjoy the coast, and there are lots of things to do. The restaurant is nearby, and it is of high quality. There is plenty of parking as well as easy beach access. They do firepits at night, and the atmosphere is spacious and relaxed. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are comfortable and clean. It does get warm in the middle of the night, and the A/C doesn't work, but they do keep a fan in the closet which helps. We kept the windows open, but not much of a cross breeze while sleeping. Overall a great experience.
