Nestled in a scenic setting, San Tan Flat offers a charming and cozy retreat for those seeking a memorable getaway. The inviting one-bedroom guest house welcomes guests into a world of comfort and convenience.

This 560 square feet delightful guest house features a spacious living area complete with a queen sofa bed. The dining area is ideal for enjoying meals prepared in the kitchenette. There is no stove but there is a toaster oven and access to a grill.

Guests can savor the tranquility of the backyard, although we kindly ask to refrain from hosting parties. The shared pool, lounge area, and BBQ space offer opportunities to unwind. Keep in mind this is a shared space

San Tan Casita

The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. These issues were addressed with minimal or no effort. There was an electrical problem which was dealt with quickly. The overall experience was disappointing at best.
