A beautiful and great motel style hotel that’s well maintained and well amenitized, great location and near beautiful beaches: - front desk staff were excellent and resourceful - service staff seemed tired and exhausted, with no inclination for service - coffee and tea service always had long lineups - food quality mid tier at best, questionable with limited selection

Lovely property. Breakfasts are amazing!!! Fab private beach with kayaks available which was v good fun. Rooms lovely and clean and cool and fresh towels every day. Would highly recommend. San Teodoro also a lovely place with lots of nice places to eat and drink.

Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet war sehr vielfältig und liebevoll zubereitet. Wir haben einzig vermisst, dass für Ausflüge und Programm im Ressort kaum Webung gemacht wurde. Liegt aber auch an der herbstlichen Jahreszeit.

Les chambres et abords sont jolis et bien aménagés. L’hôtel est particulièrement apprécié des familles avec enfants en bas âge et donc le petit déjeuner est fort bruyant (même début octobre). Files pour le chaud (œufs notamment), le café et la machine pour l’eau chaude pour le thé était très régulièrement hors service sans que le personnel s’en préoccupe lorsqu’on le signale. Une voiture est indispensable si on veut visiter un peu les environs et le parking est très largement insuffisant.

Great beautiful location. Staff attentive, but there is opportunity for more staff to ‘support’ guests, for example, take coffee orders at breakfast so guests are not queuing for the barista, or provide a service to guests when they are on the beach for drinks etc.

Everything was Excellent - only thing which had a little room for improvement was the evening food. The rooms are great, fantastic view, swimming pool and enough sun loungers to go round (in late May).

Beautiful resort. We were amazed by how quiet and peaceful it was, even though it was half term. The private beach was stunning as was the pool area. The food was lovely and an easy walk into San Teodoro. We will definitely come back.

Trevligt hotell, fint och rent. Fin privat strand och även pool området var fint och välskött. Maten var ingen höjdare, dom borde lägga mer focus på det. Utsikten från både bar och restaurang är fantastiskt. Skulle man dessutom få vällagad bra mat så är det fem stjärnor!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Modern rooms, short walk to the pool and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily, free paddle boarding, use of kayaks on the beach. We had a very lovely relaxing time. Lots of lovely beaches around to explore. Breakfast buffet amazing, lots to choose from. Would be nice to have a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. Bar food menu needs improvement. We will be coming back for sure.

Actually a really nice stay. Just the personnel at the reception makes an impression of knowing about the facility as much as any other guest about two hours after check-in. They booked us twice double (with somebody else) for the paddle court (partially also because of not really great English knowledge on their side). Opening times of pool were not communicated correctly at check-in. Even if they know that you came with a 4 month old baby they don't tell you that they actually have a well equipped room for families to prepare baby food. You have to figure it out yourself. When you ask at the reception about sport activities at the facility, they send you to ask Mrs Ilaria which further sends you to ask the sports team. Sports team is not somehow properly marked so you have to guess, who these people are. The sport team seems to be very bored because nobody knows about them so they have not much to do. So by the time you leave after four nights, you've finally figured out what great offers this hotel has, which you didn't manage to enjoy.
