Boa vista 2024

The accommodation was average i'd say... kitchen utensils where limited and no dishwasher... there where a few ants about but nothing major... there where 2 ac units one was super cool and the other not so, however a fan was provided.. towels where an issue as it was a beach holiday and we didnt take beach towels. Tommaso the host was egar to help had good english and prompt in his response. The accommodation is listed as having free parking however out hire car was too big and there was a parking lot next door which charged use 70 euros for the week. Which I was not happy about. No pool but there was a tennis court bbq area and outdoor gym if u can bare the heat... overall average

The property is the the last line to the beach, so we rent a car. Even if there was parking in the description, our standard sedan couldn’t get into the parking and we were told that only car as Fiat Uno can. We had to pay 10Euro per parking day outside. Air conditioner.was only in one of the bedroom and temperature in the second bedroom was around 26-27 during the night. The first day after beach we understood that only 2 people in row can took a shower and next can use cold water only or wait for 30 minutes. Second day water stopped at all in the middle of after beach shower. So we had to try to reach propriety manager for whole hour with soap on our head. This happened every second day. Sometimes the water was missing for several hours. One of the days we didn’t have electricity for several hours. Everything ion the property is very old and windows can be opened from outside without special efforts.. It was very unpleasant 14 days stay, but we didn’t get any compensation. We talked and sent all the above issues to the owner, but we didn’t get any response.

War leider nicht wirklich sauber, unter dem Bett war viel staub. Amaturen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten auch Ameisen im Appartment. Positiv war das alle 3 Tage Bett und Handtücher gewechselt wurde.

Härligt boende med egen terrass.

Toppenboende med egen terrass. Stadens gratisbuss gick nära intill och åkte både till stranden i San vito och till Marcani. Jättebra kommunikation med boendet och rent och fräscht.

Die Unterkunft an sich war okay, allerdings sehr schmutzig und die Möbel sind doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Stühle auf der Terrasse fallen beinahe auseinander). Außerdem stimmen viele Dinger der Beschreibung nicht. Ein paar Beispiele die angegeben waren, aber nicht vorhanden waren: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, tägliche Zimmerreinigung, 24h Rezeption, Bar, kostenloser Fahrradverleih und vieles mehr. Außerdem ist der Strand deutlich weiter entfernt als angegeben. Zu Fuß etwa 20-25 Minuten.

Hotel pulito ed economico.

Per quello che può offrire San Vito lo Capo il soggiorno è stato accettabilissimo. L'unico problema è rappresentato dal servizio pubblico degli autobus. Comunque tutto bene.
