"Excelente hotel. Queda exactamente al frente del parque Universal. Para poder llegar allí súper accesible ya que hay un tren que pasa por el mismo frente. Lugares de comer cerca. La hospitalidad de los empleados es increíble. Al llegar huele rico. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Hotel grande al igual que la habitación. Lo súper recomiendo. Mi pareja y yo viajamos desde Puerto Rico a Japón y realmente nos llevamos tremenda experiencia enriquecedora. Me volvería a quedar más noches este hotel. "

"Across from Universal studios, across the bay from the aquarium, across the street from the metro. Very nice. However, getting into Osaka required a bit of planning and time. The hotel itself was excellent."

"Loved that everything is close by. Train station was 5 mins away from hotel, the park, shopping and dining options were all so convenient. Its so nice to have everything close and not have to lug your bags around from train station to train station. Saves time and energy from walking around. "

"Our room was really nice. Double sinks, heated toilet seat. And it was so close to Universal City Walk. I think the only thing I would critique are the elevators. The walls were run down and the lights inside were constantly changing to the point where I would get dizzy. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient with lovely views of the water."
