「Formally four points, first time in ormond group , not too bad , but no cotton buds as a basic needs」

「staff helpful」

「Fantastic」

「Centrally located and competitively priced.」

「The place is very worn down and not particularly clean. There’s a strong, unpleasant, and stuffy smell throughout the building. The escape routes in case of fire seem questionable and not clearly marked. Overall, it feels poorly maintained and unsafe. Definitely not a place I would recommend for families with children.」

「No shops」

「Location is central but there are rats all over the street at night, the staff here consists of a little old man on the help desk who tries to scam you and make you pay twice for the taxes on the property, and take a deposit, when there isn't anything even in the apartment working let a known worth stealing. You have been warned!!! Part with your money elsewhere!」

「Excellent reception, friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Loved the layout of the room. Great to have AC. Took awhile to cool the room off. Street vendors with food nearby. Grocery store across the way. Great pop-up breakfast place down the block.」

「Friendly staff」
