“The property is beautiful. The water is so warm. The house was cozy and inviting. The host has left us a beautiful card and fresh flowers. The screened in porch made enjoying the night air so much more pleasant. The fire pit is right on the edge of the water so you could enjoy the view. We didn't realize the fire pit area could be lit up until the night before we left. We will definitely be trying to plan to return next year ”

“Loved this tiny cabin. Great use of space. Felt like we had plenty of room. My boys loved the hammock in the shade. The candy and popcorn was a nice surprise too. We will definitely be back in we are in the area. ”

“Upon arrival, we could not have been happier to see the amount of indoor, outdoor and dock space. This property was awesome and we enjoyed our week at the lake so much. My family also owns another house on the lake and so we spent time boating, swimming, cooking and just being together. We even brought our own Blackstone! The kayaks and floating dock were a big hit! Our dogs had fun too, despite the rain. We all agreed that we want to live there. Thanks for a great experience!”

“We had a wonderful trip to Lake Sinclair! The check-in process was very easy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was a huge plus! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect - restaurants on the water were close by either by boat or car and having Publix and Kroger less than 10 minutes away was great. We will definitely be back! ”

“House was set up very well for many people . Lot is very nice with great dock . kitchen was great to prep meals in but they need better knifes and more platters etc . Chk in very easy and managing company were excellent with their responses . Patio furniture was a bit tired dock was very dirty . But overall we would recommended this house to anyone ”
