The staff were excellent. The hotel is severely rundown from chipped paint, scuffled furniture to stained chairs and carpet. Pool & hot tub worked but it did not look well kept at all. Everything needs renovating. Most offense were on early Sunday morning people or kids (not sure which) were continuously running in the upstairs hallway. It was really loud and staff at front desk did nothing to stop it.

BEDBUGS! Here in July and was a nice looking place but customer service is terrible. Check in was smooth and slept the first night but bedbugs found night 2 literally next to me on the bed. They were caught and taken to the front and a room change was done in the middle of the night but we were leaving in hours. Called for a refund and the hotel denied I even reported to the front desk. I’ve called for MONTH just for them to lie. I have proof. DO NOT STAY HERE

Affordable clean option for overnight that is 15 mintues from cedar piont.I would stay here again. The only things I didnt care for were the holes in the ceiling. For the price this place was what I needed a clean, quiet place to sleep after a long day at the amusement park.
