The beach and pool are amazing. The thing that elevated the stay was the quick and thorough responses from the owner, the guidebook that explained everything and the outstanding concierge service by Shahida. "This house was absolutely beautiful and could not have been a better fit for our group of 13. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering while still giving everyone their own space. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking amenities—coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and everything else we needed to cook for a large group. It made group meals easy and enjoyable.The absolute highlight of this home was the private beach right in the backyard. Having that level of privacy, stunning views, and instant beach access was beyond amazing and truly made this stay special.The concierge service included with the rental exceeded all expectations. Anything we needed, they were there to help. From arranging a private chef and photographer to booking activities, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their level of service made a huge difference.I would 100% recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.A quick note for future travelers: North Caicos is very quiet and tranquil, which we loved—but it’s important to plan ahead. There is no retail shopping (just two small gift shops at the port), no bars, and only a few restaurants. Grocery stores are very limited, with minimal selection, so I highly recommend doing your main grocery shopping on the main island before heading over. You will also need to rent a car, as there are no taxi services. "

"Stop looking and stay here. Beautiful landscaping, second story view of the ocean was amazing. Galley kitchen was well stocked, bedroom mini split A/C worked exceptional. We were greeted at the ferry and had personal guide to condo … now that’s service! One thing it’s a two story unit one bedroom down and one up… access to upper level is you thru lower bedroom, but we spent so much time at the beach and exploring it was a non-issue. "

"We stayed at this lovely property for a month and the house was perfect for our group of 8 people. Many upscale features: 2 large master suites, 6-burner gas cooktop, ice maker, infinity pool - and the patio doors completely open to give you a huge indoor/outdoor living space. The view is amazing. Waking up to the beautiful clear turquoise water right outside your backdoor every morning was a definite highlight, and the water was clear and calm. This property is very isolated. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, a place all to yourself, and a long beautiful beach you can walk along without seeing a soul, this is your place. The sand is soft and conch shells abound. Stunning.Car rental is a necessity. The left-hand driving ended up not being a problem and there is very little traffic on the roads. Keep in mind you are in the Caribbean, so be aware of the things that come along with that – such as bugs. Local food is scarce, poor quality and extortionately expensive. Ordering initial food supplies prior to our arrival was a life saver. The house manager (Regine) was the best I’ve ever encountered, and the owner was wonderful. I had a ton of questions prior to and after our arrival, and they were extremely helpful and patient. As well, the house manager was immediately available by text during our stay and continued to support us in any way she could. She really was amazing.Highly recommend this as a wonderful place to unwind and to enjoy warmth and sun. "
