「Staff was rude at check in. Was told they do not accept my visa Credit Card. Had to use another card. Floors (carpet) look like the have never been shampooed. Do not walk barefoot on those or you will need a tetanus shot. Chairs in room wear so worn down. Shower curtain looked like it wasn’t cleaned. In other words walk far away from this place. Gonna stay back in meridian.」

We appreciated the nicely appointed room, the friendly staff, and the free snacks, water and soft drinks available anytime, as well as the welcome beer or wine. Hopefully will return to Boise and would love to stay here again.」

「Parking was a little confusing」

「Low quality, broken doors, dirty in so many ways. Parking lot is ok in the daytime, but seemed questionable arriving late with my two daughters and my wife. Morning guy was an ass when I asked for a 12:00 checkout. We exchanged words and customer service was not on his mind one bit. We've decided to stay in on Boise another night and I wouldn't consider staying there ever again. Go somewhere else.」

「Room 419 that was absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept in. Time to replace the mattress On top of the A/c knocking like crazy all night long turning off and on. When the room is hot. Zero sleep」

The airport shuttle was very convenient and I was here as a solo traveler and loved the complimentary muffins and coffee in the morning, as well as the complimentary bike rental. I was able to go for a nice long bike ride along the Greenbelt for free. I locked the bike using the bike lock they gave me and it didn’t unlock.
