“They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel.”

I booked a room a month ahead ( there was a big event so all the hotels were all full and all overcharging,when I arrived at the hotel the manager said they had cancelled my booking and they are not able to accommodate me.
