「Parking well lit as well as in front of the doors and surrounding areas, lawn well maintained, outside was clean and free of debris. Inside lacked updating and cleaning. Shower head corroded as well as faucets, shower grout dirty with buildup. Room in desperate need of dusting and deep cleaning. Animal hairs found throughout rokm. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Carpets need shampooing to get the dank smell out. Windows and sills need cleaning, Tv would not change from initial channel....

「This B&B is chocked full of quaint and eclectic charm. It was a comforting and affordable stay during a challenging time visiting my brother in ICU at WYNN. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. 」

「I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.」

「Hot tub was not working properly both days, hot tub needed to be cleaned. door in pool area maint room door needed to either be replaced as it is very un sightly with rust. Better food for continental breakfast.」

「Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.」

「Kind and helpful staff. We asked to be moved from a ground floor room to a higher level floor (at 10pm) and the staff member did whatever he could to make this happen. It is a small and cute hotel, very close (5 minutes) from Colgate University. 」

「Wi-Fi is super poor. My all devices cannot connect with Wi-Fi. 」

「The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay.」

「We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions.」
