Escape to paradise at Pointe Santo on Sanibel Island with this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo, Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. Thoughtfully designed to sleep up to six guests, this coastal retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
Step into the spacious, open-concept living area, where tropical Tommy Bahama-style furnishings invite you to unwind after a day on the sand. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast island that makes both cooking and casual dining a breeze.
The serene primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom includes both a queen and a twin bed, along with its own TV player ideal for family or friends. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room offers even more flexibility for guests.
Enjoy peaceful mornings or stunning sunrises from the screened lanai, where you overlook tropical landscaping, a tranquil lagoon, the resort-style pool, and the Gulf of Mexico just beyond. Guests also have access to a variety of on-site amenities at Pointe Santo, including a large, heated pool and hot tub, a beachside lounging area, tennis, volleyball, cornhole and pickleball courts.
With private beach access just steps away and complimentary beach towels, and chairs included, every day is a beach day. Whether you are exploring the island, lounging by the pool, or enjoying a rainy afternoon with books, games, and puzzles, this condo makes it easy to enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer.
Important Note for Guests: As we continue recovering from the impacts from Hurricanes, we want to inform you that whilst this unit is fully ready and prepared for your stay, some other units and common areas across the property may still be undergoing construction or remodeling. We strive to minimize any disruption to your experience, but construction activity may include - noise during normal working hours, equipment visible on the property, and limited access to certain common areas. Certain amenities are currently not available. A waiver form will be required to be completed as part of the booking process.
