Best Of Both Worlds

Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 803. Enjoy Sanibel Island to the fullest when you stay in this beautiful and airy condo! You will enjoy this coveted top floor corner location with two screened lanais and private garage. The large lanai off the living room/dining room, as well as the guest bedroom, has a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The smaller lanai off the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and tropical landscape. Tastefully decorated living room features comfortable and inviting furniture including a beautiful new sofa, love seat and Samsung 50-inch flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. Dining area features seating for six. Brand new fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, new cabinets and breakfast bar. Master bedroom with newly renovated en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet features king-size bed with new mattress and plenty of drawer space. The fully renovated second bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32-inch flat-screen satellite TVs with DVD players. Both lanais feature new furniture for casual dining or relaxing. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Your private garage contains beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, cooler, beach toys and more all for your personal use! Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts down the street, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets. Family getaway

The condo we stayed in was very clean and we enjoyed our time. The sofa bed was worn but as I was checking out the property manager said she contacted the owner and they were going to replace it with a newer one. It was nice to know the owners take action to make their guest stay comfortable.

Amazing condo, island!

Even with Tropical storm Fred on the horizon. This condo was super awesome with the multiple balconies. The access to the beach was the best, just right outside the door. A nice bonus to have the car in a covered garage to beat the heat. Lots of beach toys, charis, umbrellas made this super fun for the whole family. The island and everyone we met were super cool and laid back! Everything was awesome! We will be back!

Great property, loved Sanibel

Great and spacious room, quiet area even with the families. The beach was nice and we loved renting bikes for our stay to explore the island. I recommend biking to the lighthouse and hang out at the beach there.

Very comfortable, spacious condo

Had a great Memorial Day Weekend! Condo is very spacious yet cozy. Two balconies! Its own garage if you’re bringing a car. Only a few minutes to the beach. The only suggestion is that a shelf or something be added to the hall bathtub. Only a soap dish at the moment. No place for shampoo, etc. My family and I loved our stay and plan to return😊

Amazing condo and location!

This is a beautiful condo and location! The owner has done a wonderful job stocking all the essential for rental use. Beach chairs and toys, sun umbrella, cooler, games, movies and a fully stocked kitchen with all of your needs for cooking. I can't even begin to tell you how clean the condo was on our arrival... absolutely pristine! The starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap and coffee was very helpful! Plenty of bath towels for 4 people and a 5 night stay. Garage was great for dropping off chairs after coming from the beach. Everything in perfect working order! The grounds were beautifully kept and maintained. We enjoyed a fishing charter and the Ding Darling wildlife refuge. Meals out we're enjoyed at the Blue Giraffe and a beautiful drive to Captiva for dinner at the Mucky Duck and sunset on the beach. I literally have nothing negative to report except that we had to leave!
