This gorgeous updated and newly painted third floor unit with beautiful kitchen and comfortable furniture has all the comforts of home while you are at the beach! Spacious 2bed/2bath non-smoking unit features a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and heated swimming pool, plus a great view of the Gulf. The updated kitchen features granite counters and all stainless-steel appliances and is fully-appointed. The master suite has new furniture, a king bed and access to the screened lanai. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a seat and double shower heads for that spa-like feeling. The guest bedroom is newly carpeted and has twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. Other amenities include six-panel doors, stylish trim, ceiling fans in every room, central air, 3 flat-screen TVs, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers WiFi, bike rentals, gas grills, and laundry facilities, all in a lush newly relandscaped tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for a 5 or 6th person a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between guests. All linens and towels are washed and sanitized. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
