Combined with 3A1 for Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific time at Ocean’s Reach! Just a few steps to the pool and only a few more to the Gulf! All the amenities that you need to cook a meal and do laundry.

Nice peaceful location

The location is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The grounds well kept, the units are clean and up to date. The Only issue was the ac going out in our unit. They did move us but that was not without a bit of a challenge. The staff was not proactive at all and seemed annoyed and not helpful!!!! I had to call and stop in the office numerous times to find out what was going on. No one took the opportunity to check in with us or proactively initiate the unit move even after they found out the ac Unit needed to be replaced. Overall the stay was fine but for the price the staff should and could have been more compassionate and willing to help
