This third-floor ocean-view condo at the coveted Sundial Resort offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Known for its prime beachfront location, inviting amenities, and easy access to Sanibel’s island paths, Sundial is one of the most desirable destinations on the island. Completely renovated in 2025, this private unit is designed to give couples a peaceful, memorable retreat.

The king bedroom features a plush mattress and fresh linens, while the adjoining bathroom boasts a spacious tiled shower. A comfortable sofa and chair in the living room provide space to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals at home. The highlight is the oversized private lanai — a perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze and view.

For days at the beach, we provide chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, making it easy to relax along Sanibel’s shoreline. Guests also enjoy access to the heated pool featured in the listing photos, along with complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Sundial offers several on-site dining options, a tiki bar, and a convenience market just steps away. A coin-operated laundry facility is also conveniently located in the building.
