Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great. Great location, quick access to the pool and beach. I would recommend the owners place a TV in the bedroom with two beds.

We stayed for two weeks in February. The unit was recently renovated and they did a fantastic job. It was very nicely decorated and furnished and well equipped in the kitchen and laundry. The location is great with the beach right at the other end of the building and being an end unit, we had windows on the side which helped brighten the space. Our only negative is that the complex is still under significant repair so the pool and elevator were not working and there was a lot of construction going on during the stay. We were informed on this well in advance so it was no surprise. The management company and the owner were very responsive to our inquiries as well. We would definitely rent it again in the future and expect that it will be even better when the complex is fully back to normal.
