Sanibel Island Beach View
Loggerhead 322 is a second floor beachy and chic condominium located near the desirable east end of Sanibel at fun and friendly Loggerhead Cay! This beautifully decorated and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home with a tropical feel and view. Loggerhead 322 was recently remodeled, and the furnishings and décor are modern, casual, chic and tasteful.
The Loggerhead Cay grounds are conveniently nestled on a Sanibel beach, near the historic and picturesque east end. This area is home to the Sanibel Lighthouse and Park as well as some of the best sunrises, sunsets, shelling, wading or swimming on the West Coast of Florida. The heart of the Island is only minutes away by car or bike, where guests can stroll and enjoy the myriad of Island shopping and dining experiences.
Plantation shutters, built-in shelving, glass-paned French doors, and a spacious lanai all add to the beach-cottage ambience and create an open floor plan that feels spacious, clean and bright. The adjacent dining area has seating for six. The living area and Master bedroom open onto the lanai for enjoying your morning "Latte" or relaxing after dinner with a glass of wine. Loggerhead 322 is fully appointed with everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation.
The master suite features a King-sized bed with a wooden headboard and platform, and the light wall colors and white trim finishes create a coastal-inspired sanctuary to relax in after a day in the sun. The master bedroom’s floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a screened lanai with a table and chairs, and the lanai can be open to the living spaces also to take advantage of the gulf-breezes and salt-air.
The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, and the décor keeps tempo with the Island theme. A flat-screen TV, and additional closet space,
The modern kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built-in microwave, large stainless-steel sink, and a breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen has a modern tile backsplash and granite countertops. There are hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware to accommodate every need, even at maximum occupancy.
The bathrooms include newer fixtures, faucets, accessories, and glass and tile décor.
Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer in your condo, screened-in lanai, and beach items for your convenience.
This condominium does require a 7-night minimum stay and accepts SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Should you need odd day bookings please call Select Vacation Propertiesor CANNOT BOOK MORE THAN A YEAR IN ADVANCE. Please do not book flights until speaking and confirming vacation with Select Vacation Properties. Thank you!
