「Makes you feel at home. Impeccably kept. Joe and Maureen give attention to details and think of guest convenience and hospitality. Excellent location. Steps from beach and little stores. Sanibel is gorgeous and chill, and so is Tarpon Tales Inn.」

「Awesome location, facility and staff. I plan to stay there every time I visit Fort Meyers.」

「The staff took great care of us ! The room was perfect and breakfast was very good.」

「Staff was nice, breakfast was great and parking was also good. The room was ok but the amenities in bathroom were not operational. Sink was clogged and we need to wait for next day to use the bath room fully. The bathrooms of hotel lobby were out of tissues so it was also not welcoming to the guest.」

「Clean hotel.」

「Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Other then that our stay was 👌」

「The bedside lamp can only be turned on and off while standing up, and the bathroom has no fan.」

「The staff were very courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was always hot and ready for whenever we wanted to eat. Having the coffee and tea ready 24/7 was a nice touch. Cleaning staff and work was very good.」

「This beautiful and unique property exceeded out expectations. If you are expecting a large, corporate room, this gem is not it. Expect pretty views, a laid back atmosphere, kind staff, and a boutique feel. We came for my husband's birthday but I hope we make it to Latitudes many times in our future.」

「I didn't expect the place to be so clean and up to date. We were very pleased all around and was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. Thanks kukoo inn, Gray Byerly」

「The rooms were dated and needed serious updating. Ants on the floor and bed. TV didn't work had to call 3 times to have it fixed. Pool dirty and not taken care of. Whole place needs serious updating. Front desk people were rude.」

「Stayed there 7 nights. Lived the beachfront room and the kitchenette. The restaurants had amazing food! The negatives were the loud music at the bar!!! The water pressure was very soft and the staff wasn’t very friendly」
