Spectacular property. It has everything you could wish for and more. A very modern and practical layout. We felt really spoilt. All quality fittings. The private rooftop terrace with grand sunbed was a real hit. The pool and barbeque area also amazing. So much space.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits in Śillot. Daher schön leiser, Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern und ist ziemlich sauber. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor den Haustür und fußläufig ein paar Restaurants zu erreichen. Auch der Strand befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Kann die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

la casa es muy cómoda para toda la familia. tenía toallas suficientes para todos. la calefacción es ideal para estos días de navidad en Mallorca. también pudimos ver netflix. la distribución de las habitaciones es muy cómoda. mirar los atardeceres desde la terraza es muy romántico e inolvidable no poder usar la piscina porque hay que pagar 100€ por día para encender la calefacción que calienta el agua de la piscina

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Austattung

Das modere Haus im Bauhaus Stiel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gelegen. Alles ist in einem Top Zustand und sehr neu. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse könnte schöner sein. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Strandpromenade mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Schade, dass man für das Beheizen des Pools 100,- extra bezahlen muss. Wir kommen gern bei unserem nächsten Mallorca Urlaub wieder.

Amazing house ..... but very bad location

The house is perfect . Very nice little pool . The beds are very good quality. The air conditioning is enough . The owner is very nice , and she answer very quickly when we needed her. But ..... the view is a big parking with a dirt floor ... so there are lot of dirt in the house ... There a big way at the right , so big noice during the night . And the location is near a big hotel ... with party every night .... and not party like you can have in Ibiza ... but party like a DJ of camping !!! So impossible to stay on the outdoor the afternoon ... unless you like the song «  la danse des canards « ! It is an amazing house , the owner is very nice ... but location is very very very bad .... Nel complesso voto più che favorevole, peccato solo che la vasca non arriva ad essere nemmeno tiepida, mai riusciti ad utilizzarla con 20 gradi esterni, il quartiere é un po' fatiscente, rottami di auto a pochi passi dall'abitazione, hotel abbandonati, cassonetti dei rifiuti... Una volta chiusa la porta però cambia tutto

Beautiful villa - shame about the admin

Payment arrangements unnecessarily complicated with difficult system to use as non-Spanish speaker and non-Spanish bank account holder. Some debit / credit cards did not work... Pool was freezing cold (April sea temp was warmer), despite paying to have it heated. We complained to the agent but no follow up Action taken nor refund of payment offered. Very poor. Although this is a beautifully styled property we would not return.

Ideales Sommer-Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden im Frühling (März 2019) die Insel zu besuchen und zu erkunden und haben dieses Objekt gemietet. Ausschlaggebend war das moderne Design, der beheizte Pool und die Nähe zum Strand. Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der Zustand ist sehr gut. Leider waren nicht alle notwendigen Haushaltsmittel zum Beginn vorhanden. So normale Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Abwaschlappen oder Küchpapier waren einfach nicht vorhanden. (Jetzt sind sie vorhanden, da wir Sachen gekauft haben) Aber über diese Kleinigkeit konnten wir hinweg sehen. Für den Frühling Mallorcas kann ich das Objekt allerdings nicht unbedingt empfehlen, da aufgrund der Raumhöhe die Klimaanlage es nicht schafft/geschafft hat eine durchgehend angenehme Raumtemperatur zu generieren. Im Erdgeschoss war es schon recht kühl. Oben hingegen dann zu warm. Ich denke für den Sommer ist das Objekt wirklich ideal. Die große Sonnenterasse auf dem Dach oder im Erdgeschoss mit dem Pool ist wirklich ideal und dann wird die Klimaanlage auch richtige Arbeit verrichten. Der Platz ist für 6 Personen wirklich ausreichend. Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich für uns ideal gewesen (auch wenn der Strand in S'Illot nicht den Stränden der z.B. Cala Agulla entspricht. Aber als Heim und Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge vollkommen ideal. Leider steht neben dem Haus direkt ein mehrstöckiges Wohnhaus mit direktem Blick auf die Terasse (nicht auf den Pool). Aber wer hält sich im Urlaub schon permanent im Haus auf..... Um die Bewertung zum Abschluss zu bringen, wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten, sofern es im Sommer ist. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit !!!

1) Rigtig træls og rod betalingssystem, da vi skal betale forskellige beløb/gang for den samme leje! 2) Ejeren er sød nok, kom med en lille plante og Champagne, som gaver, men dårlig nyhed kom lige følgende, at jazzusi ikke kan varmes op! Da vi ellerede har betalt for denne service! Lejledheden er nyt, lyst, og flot indvendig, men er meget koldt i opholdstuen pga opvarmningssystemmets placering! 3) opvarmningssystemmet virke ikke den første dag/nat. Teknikerne kom dagen efter for at fixe, men vi fik kun varme i første etage/soveværelser.
