Took the family here and had a great stay. The beach is accessible via the property. Also had a pool. We enjoyed the breakfast since, typically, spanish breakfast is late and there are not many places to eat if you like to start your day early.

The location and pool were wonderful! It is right on the beach but you still need to rent a beach chair/umbrella for additional fee. We had to put a deposit down to get pool towels - $10 per towel. Our room was clean-ish. There was a musty smell and you can tell it’s outdated. The beds were not at all comfortable. One very thin pillow. Our AC did not work well. No coffee machines in the room!! And no shampoo in the dispenser - found out the hard way after a beach and pool swim. I had to wash my hair with body wash and NO conditioner! The food was mediocre at best. We’ve stayed at 4 locations in Mallorca and this was our least favorite. Not horrible but enough issues that I would not go back.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und hatte eine große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war schön und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Nur leider hatte es vor dem Zimmer eine Baustelle die am Morgen sehr laut war ab 7 Uhr. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend wir fühlten uns jederzeit willkommen. Leyla vom hauskeeping hat uns immer jeden Morgen mit einer Herzlichkeit begrüßt und unsere Tochter hatte so Freude an ihr. Auch an der Rezeption waren immer alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Concierge hat eine sehr gute Präsentation gemacht über das Hotel und all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir kônnen das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, erste Reihe mit super Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und findet für alles eine Lösung. Das Essen ist auch abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Nur die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte etwas besser sein. Sonst ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Auch wir werden wiederkommen.

Les chambres sont petites pour 4, ce ne sont pas des chambres familiales, les enfants dorment sur un canapé lit. La nourriture pourrait être améliorée, même s'il y a une réelle diversité. Les plats sont tièdes, et le service finit très tôt le soir. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, en bord de mer, et nous sommes beaucoup moins visibles aux yeux des promeneurs que dans les autres hôtels. Le personnel est quant à lui absolument charmant ! Tout le monde est extrêmement aimable, souriant et serviable. On ressent une très bonne ambiance entre eux, et cela se ressent sur les clients, ne changez rien !

Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Auf Grund unserer frühen Anreise, konnten wir schon eher in unser Zimmer. Für 3 Personen war das Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick etwas klein. Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Auch Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit sehr tollem Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sauber jedoch nicht so gross. Eher einfach gehalten. Frühstück war sehr gut, für Vegetarier reichlich Auswahl, da man sich extra etwas bestellen darf. Reception Angestellte sehr freundlich.
