This delightful private detached villa has been completely refurbished to a high standard, situated in a quiet location in Salgar, the villa is set in well designed landscaped gardens, a five minute walk takes you to the sea front
village centre with a variety of restaurants, bars, shops including bakery
supermarket, swimming pool, diving centre
sports complex. A further ten minute walk along the coastline brings you to the pretty fishing village of Cala Alcaufar
beach with its Hotel bar / restaurant.This spacious villa will accommodate a family of up to five persons, comprising one new en-suite bedroom with double bed and a further two bedrooms having twin single beds
single bed, along with a separate shower room
toilet, lounge with dinning area, WiFi, TV, DVD
CD player, it also has a wood-burning stove, new fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. The villa has a sunroof with sea views
patio, is equipped with and patio furniture.Salgar is just a twenty minutes car/taxi drive from the airport, Mahon the island capitol sitting alongside the second largest natural harbour in the world is just a fifteen minutes bus or car drive away! Menorca has over 100 beaches, more than its sister islands of Ibiza
Majorca combined!

Ein schönes Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage - zumindest Anfang Mai. Sauberkeit:Insgesamt wirkte es sauber,aber die Schränke und Schubladen in der Küche waren teilweise schmutzig. Die Dachterrase ist toll,allerdings stehen dort 2 Liegen,von der eine vollkommen kaputt ist. Ein kleiner Tisch mit Stühlen wären deutlich besser. Due Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappte perfekt und sehr freundlich. Nach WIFI Ausfall kam sofort ein Techniker. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen,Menorca ist eine wunderschöne Insel zum Wandern und wir haben uns in der Villa Casa wohlgefühlt.

Great villa in a fabulous location
Very comfortable and well-equipped - thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days stay. S'Algar is very quiet and the only downside is the lack of restaurants but if you have a car then there are plenty in St Lluis, Punta Prima and Binibeca.

nice villa but not ideally situated
the property was all right, except that the kitchen tap was spraying everywhere, Idem for one of the shower. Both were unusable and we could not reach the number indicated in our documents until after whitsmonday, when Jan very nicely arrived and did the repairs. Othewise everything ok. We would not rent again at San Algar because no beaches, and too much driving each day to visit the rest of the island. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay, did a lot of walks, and had nice meals at San Castell.
