"This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....

"Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "

It was some of the best customer service we encountered during our entire time in Italy. Can't say enough good things. You'll be charmed by the view and the garden and the breakfast offerings. "Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. I was hoping to use as it said it was opened in the...

"Had a fantastic time at Roccafiore. We were really optimistic before the trip and our time there did not disappoint. The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. We enjoyed every meal, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Would highly recommend a wine tasting as well. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. "
