maison idéalement placée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Porto Pino est une petite station balnéaire magnifique principalement fréquentée par des italiens. La région du sud est superbe. La location, parfaitement propre concerne une partie de la villa d'environ 80 m² intérieur plus un patio et une magnifique terrasse aménagée et éclairée donnant sur un magnifique terrain arboré sans aucun vis avis. L'autre partie de la résidence peut être habité par les propriétaires mais sans aucune proximité. La climatisation est en option. A demander à l'avance pour les périodes très chaudes mais non indispensable en temps normal car la villa est naturellement bien aérée dès qu'il y a une brise du nord et équipé de ventilateurs. Nous n'y avons très bien dormi grâce avec des matelas conformables et sans recours à la climatisation. Les propriétaires ont très aidants afin de faciliter notre séjour et sont des personnes charmantes. A recommander!

Porto Pino

House was very well , big garden and bbq place. Porto Pino beach at walking distance. Kite spot nearby (Punta Trettu ,Porto Botto) This place ( Porto Pino) is also nice for a non kite boarder.

Beautiful and perfect for families

It’s a very beautiful and large property, situated at a 10 min walk from the beach and center. The rooms are equipped as seen in the photos, very well maintained and furnished. We had AC in every room but didn’t need it because during the night the house was naturally cool. The kitchen is very well furnished with fridge, oven, boiling pot, toaster, cutlery, and basically everything you need for a family with small children. There is a large terrace which can easily accomodate a party and there are many areas in the garden where kids can play. The host and their family were very accomodating and helpful, gave and offered us any extra we needed. The driveway fits 3 cars and there’s an access road in the back and a port(beach) access in the front. We stayed in 4 locations in Sardinia and this was definitely the best.

Great villa in lovely place

Very nice villa surrounded by trees near a small harbour and the sea. Great house with outside fireplace and outside shower. Nice garden to relax in. All and all a great atmosphere and relaxing place. Few little restaurants and bars on walking distance, other stores and restaurants are 15 mins by car. Lovely owners of the house, communication is warm and helpful. We will definitely come back here!

2 Wochen Urlaub Mitte Oktober mit 6 Personen

Vermieter sind super freundlich und unkompliziert, tolle Kommunikation. Haus ist wie beschrieben. Nicht sehr groß, aber wir haben eh sehr wenig Zeit im Haus verbracht. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Platz um das Haus ist großzügig und mit Grill und großem Essplatz ausgestattet. Porto Pino war im Oktober schon sehr ruhig. Aber in Sant'Anna Arresi haben wir alles bekommen, was wir benötigt haben. Der Hafen ist klein und schön angelegt. Gleich darauf beginnt der Strand. Dort ist es sauber und das Meer flach, somit perfekt für Nichtschwimmer- Kinder. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Massen von Stechmücken und Wespen. Und die waren auch noch immun gegen jede Art von Insektenspray. Wir haben sie Zeit trotz allem sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen. Un luogo meravilloso

Villa Bicus ...

7 Personen (4E + 3K) sind zu viel für die mit grundsätzlich gutem Wille eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und es hat keinen stau Raum fürs Gepäck und die Küche hat nicht wirklich die Kapazität mit zwei Kochfeldern. DU und Bad sind einwandfrei und sauber wie der Rest der Wohnung. Draussen hat es einen grossen Esstisch. Mücken und Wespen machen das Essen draussen aber unerträglich ... trotz diversen Anti-Mückensprays haben wir das Mittel zum draussen essen nicht gefunden. Schade! Vielleicht lags an der Jahreszeit (Ende September 2018)? Für die Sarden ist der Sommer zu Ende und es herrscht Aufbruchstimmung. Die zu Fuss erreichbaren Strände (Dune etc.) sind eben so wunderschön wie die Strände (Sant'Antioco, Tuerredda etc.) die per Auto innerhalb von 20 - 40 Minuten erreichbar sind. Alles in allem waren es - trotz lästigen Mücken und Wespen - schöne Ferien und die Villa Bicus hat durchaus ihren Charme ...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Gut ausgerüstet mit einer sehr großzügigen Terrasse. sehr syspathische, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Vielen Dank Myriam und Enrico, es waren sehr schöne Ferien!

Una vacanza stupende in villa bicus

Un posto meraviglioso con visto sul mare. Il giardino con i pini è grande con molto ombra. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e la spiaggia è vicinissima. I bagni sono moderni. Se mai torniamo a Sardegna, torniamo qui.

Traumhafte Villa direkt am Hafen

Riesige Terrasse unter hohen Kiefern, Grillofen und gut ausgestattete Küche, also alles da, um die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten Sardiniens zu verarbeiten. Fisch kauft man am Gartentor und den Fischern beim Netze und Boote richten zuzuschauen, wird nie langweilig. An Ostern ist es noch kühl, aber das Land ein Traum in gelb und lila. Das Haus liegt günstig zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfektes Haus auf großem Grundstück in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben in der Villa Bicus zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, der große Strand von Porto Pino und eine kleine Bucht sind zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit zwei neuen Bädern und gut ausgestattet. In dem riesen Garten haben sich auch unsere beiden Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht zuletzt waren auch die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können Villa Bicus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Vacanza indimenticabile

Prima villa sul promontorio in splendida posizione privilegiata riparata da una magica pineta. Casa curatissima ed accogliente con ogni dotazione. Punto di partenza ideale sia per godersi il mare sia per esplorare una zona veramente straordinaria. Last but not the least: i proprietari sono persone fuori dal comune per gentilezza, riservatezza, cultura e disponibilità.

Riesengrundstück in traumhafter Lage

Das Grundstück liegt tatsächlich direkt am Hafen wie auf dem Bild zu sehen. Der Hafen ist wie im Bilderbuch mit glasklarem Wasser unter den Booten. Dann noch 50m und man ist am kilometerlangen Strand, am Ende davon tolle Dünen. In der anderen Richtung Klippen und kleine Ministrände wo unsere Kinder fast täglich getaucht haben. Die Wohnung ist schön, hat zwei völlig neu renovierte Badezimmer. Über ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein wackelnder Küchentisch oder fehlende Weingläser schaut man gerne hinweg.

An amazing location SSW of Sardinia

The villa is located about 3 - 4 kms outside of the small village of S'Anna Aressi .This village offers several small supermarket food outlets with excellent quality produce, a fresh fish shop, bakeries as well as restaurants. However, where the villa is situated, in a protect pine forest, there are also a few local shops, a great deli, bakeries as well as restaurants. The beach is within walking distance from the villa via a gate leading from the garden to the quaint harbour. A perfect home for a family holiday. We are a family of 5 adults & found the accommodation very comfortable. The kitchen area is small and we felt we could have benefited from some extra equipment, eg larger coffee pots & serving dishes. Being able to easily find great food, local wine & extremely hospitable local people made this holiday a truly memorable one. The owner was very helpful & we would certainly recommend this villa for a family vacation.

Ruheoase für Meerbegeisterte

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 3 Wochen in der Villa Bicus in Porto Pino verbracht. Das Haus liegt in der Pineta und verfügt über viele Aussenplätze, welche zum Verweilen einladen. Die vermietete Wohnung ist gut ausgebaut und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Myriam und Enrico, welche die Wohnung vermieten, sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Da wir ohne Auto reisten, hat uns Enrico vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder dorthin gebracht. Die Region Porto Pino ist einmalig schön mit dem langen Strand, den Dünen und den verschiedenen Salzwasserseen. Beim Hügel hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein schöner Felsbadeplatz und in der Pineta dahinter kann maialetto über dem Feuer gebrutzelt verspeist werden. Auch der Fisch und das Gemüse schmecken in dieser Region vorzüglich. Die drei Wochen gingen viel zu schnell vorbei und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr!

Beautiful villa close to the sea

We stayed with our three children in villa Bicus and had a wonderful time. Entering the classical Via Candiani road towards Pinetta beach (which was hard to find on google maps), after opening the porch, the villa showed up as a hidden treasure surrounded by pine trees. Our children loved to play on the large terrace and enjoyed the morning walk along the fishing boats to see the fishermen empty their fishing nets. The family gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The villa was clean and in a perfect condition. A very special place that we would definitely recommend for a great vacation.

posizione meravigliosa

Casa bellissima, pulita e attrezzata immersa in una pineta intatta in riva la mare. Totale libertà. La natura nei paraggi offre una infinità di ambienti differenti: spiaggia, scoglio, pineta, dune, stagni, isole, grotte e siti archeologici raggiungibili con brevi viaggi . I simpatici proprietari, che hanno abitato un'ala della villa contemporaneamente al nostro soggiorno, sono stati disponibilissimi a qualunque richiesta, molto discreti e di ottima compagnia nelle grigliate serali. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

posto stupendo

questa villa è il posto perfetto per trascorrere una bellisima vacanza. la casa è spaziosa, ben arredata, confortevole, ben accessioriata e molto molto pulita. gli spazi esterni sono veramente ampi, ben tenuti e con giochi per i bimbi. i proprietari sono davvero cortesi e disponibili, ci si sente subito a casa. assolutamente da consigliare

Location parfaite en tout point de vue

Séjour excellent. L' appartement est simple, très propre, agréable a vivre et doté de tout le confort. Situé dans un cadre magnifique et au calme. A courte distance a pied de l'immense plage et des dunes blanches de Porto Pino, des commerces et de 2 restaurants (il cormorano, sa forredda) ou les plats y sont excellent. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et chaleureux.

Magnifique séjour à Porto Pino

Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, de totale confiance, qui vous donnerons toutes les informations nécessaires pour découvrir cette splendide région. L'appartement est confortable, propre et soigné. La grande terrasse sous les pins est très agréable. En plus de la belle plage de sable fin de Porto Pino, vous trouverez à proximité d'autres très belles plages et de bons spots pour la pratique du kitesurf et du surf (Is Solinas, Chia, ...). Si vous souhaitez bien manger, vous êtes à 200 m du sympathique restaurant il Cormorano (excellents poissons, fruits de mer et pizza). En conclusion : que du plaisir...

Nice stay in Porto Pino

The owners are lovely people, very helpful, which will give you all useful information for exploring the southern Sardinia. Their house is confortable and ideally situated in a very interesting and beautiful area. Moreover, you have good spots to pratice kitesurf (Porto Pino beach, Is Salinas, Chia, ...). If you like good food, you can walk to the friendly restaurant il Cormorano. To conclude : 4th holiday in Sardinia and still the same pleasure to discover this island.

Fantastico!

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni fantastici! Siamo una giovane coppia. Abbiamo conosciuto Porto Pino per caso quest'estate e ce ne siamo subito innamorati, ci siamo già tornati tre volte nel giro di due mesi. Villa Bicus è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, immersa in una grandissima pineta privata ci ha accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno, a partire dalla colazione al fresco dei pini d'aleppo con il soli suoni del mare e il cinguettio degli uccellini come contorno, al pranzo con spaghetti ai ricci di mare (pescati da noi nel porticciolo adiacente la casa) con la vista delle candide dune e del mare turchese, per consludersi con la sera, accompagnati sempre dal suono del mare e dalla pace che si respirava. I proprietari Myriam ed Enrico sono due persone squisite ed estremamente simpatiche e disponibili che ci hanno fatti sentire subito a casa nostra. È un luogo magico che ogni giorno ti stupisce e si mostra nella sua bellezza: La spiaggia e il mare cristallino, quasi sempre calmo essendo una zona molto riparata, la spiaggia di porto pino, le dune e la spiaggetta di porto pinetto, sono tutte diverse tra loro ma bellissime in modo diverso (il giorno 1 novembre abbiamo fatto un lunghissimo bagno con annessi tuffi da scogliera a porto pinetto). Il belvedere di Candiani con viste mozzafiato incute un senso di pace che pochi luoghi sono in grado di trasmettere, il porticciolo è di una dolcezza unica ed è un vero piacere farci delle lunghe passeggiate. L'immenso bosco di Candiani è una continua scoperta, perfetto per fare delle lunghe e bellissime passeggiate al fresco degli alberi immersi nel verde! Ogni tanto ci si ritrova davanti a delle viste spettacolari che lasciano sempre senza parole. Consiglio a tutti un'esperienza di viaggio come la nostra in un posto che va davvero scoperto e che sicuramente non deluderà, consiglio davvero di fare un'esperienza simile in una casa come quella di Myriam ed Enrico, che si trova nella zona più particolare e caratteristica di porto pino che vi permetterà, credetemi, di fare una vacanza di grandissimo valore.
