「Disappointed 1. AC water dripping from the ceiling all night 2. Cleaning staff left the tissue paper inside the bidet instead of where it’s supposed to be Not up to the IHG standards I expected」

「A very nice stay. 」

「I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows. When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely...

「Recently stayed four nights in a canal view room, The headboard was peeling off looked like I was staying in the slums, There was dirt/dust buildup between armoire and the wall (visible with light). The bathroom shower walls had soap scum stains like had not been cleaned. Sink countertop was chopped off and wood under exposed. Pillows were super flat. Breakfast and kitchen staff was good along with options for a quick bite and coffee. Front desk staff was excellent, super helpful and...

「Excellent location, walking distance to many tourist spots. The room is clean and staffs are helpful. Highly recommend for all.」

「Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.」
