Hotel is very lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and dinner was delicious. We did not have lunch at the hotel because we were out and about. A big shout out goes to the staff at reception desk, they were accommodating to our checkout needs.

Location good, most of the staff were good, particularly Francesco who was excellent . One of the reception staff was very unhelpful, we asked for our complementary bottle of wine he said that because it was from expedia rather than the Bizanzio we couldn’t have an ice bucket or glasses which I found shocking… for a 4star hotel!

We absolutely loved our room. The ceiling is vaulted, there is plenty of space, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We also enjoyed sitting out at the rooftop getting a different view of the city. The lady that was always at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.
