Peaceful Getawayy

It was a little hidden gem and great place to getaway and relax. I could hear the waves in the distance, walk to the beach and walk to Montecito for my morning coffee and breakfast. Would stay again. Very cute cottage.

Wonderful location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the location was just perfect and close to everything. The house is very pretty, comfortable and quiet and the walk on the beach each morning was wonderful!

Montecito haven

Lovely private small home with open sunroom and great ambient lighting throughout. Pleasant walk to beach and Rosewood area. Only drawback is sound of traffic on nearby freeway, not visible from property and good compensatory strategies in home.

So lovely. Yard was beautiful. Right next to a gorgeous resort and beautiful trail to the beach. Short walk to the beach if you don’t want to take a trail. Close to downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful spot!

First, this is just as advertised—beautiful place. A couple of things that aren’t really mentioned in the description are that the property is so private. Once you get in through the front gate, you really don’t see much at all of neighbors and it has a very private vibe. The beach really is just at the end of the block. Great beach—not super crowded, but popular and beautiful. The neighborhood is also just beautiful and friendly.

Anniversary Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this cottage celebrating 39 years of marriage. We were in walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, which we ate at each evening. Such a special experience.

serene little spot

We took my parents on a little mini get away. My father grew up in SB so it was nostalgic. The house was clean, everything worked, it was comfortable and as shown in the photos. Serene and private neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. We would absolutely visit this spot again.

Perfect Home Base for Our Trip

We came to SB for a club sport our son plays, so we need to be near the polo grounds. This home was just minutes away and also close to downtown SB. We were able to fit in a couple of beach walks just a block or two from the house, and a dinner at Brophy Bros. Wish we could have stayed longer! The home itself is comfortable and clean. Great location!

Santa Barbara cottage near beach

This is a nice set up. It is near the freeway and the beach. I walked to Butterfly Beach and back on the sand every day. We used the BBQ a couple times. Place was clean and had very easy check in and responsive care takers when I had a question about the fancy stove.

Nice Locale

The property was very nice and clean. We had some issues with the property manager who happened to be the owner. I was disappointed that there wasn't any type of a plastic wrap or foil in the kitchen.

charming and cozy

We spent Christmas here with our 2 grown boys .The property is so cosy and comfortable! The check in process was easy and communication with the property Co was great! It rained a lot but the sun room was the perfect place to hang out, bright and cheery! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds pretty comfortable and honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing! The yard and deck are tranquil and inviting. Easy access to everything-grocery, shopping and freeway. Just a small note, the beach within walking distance is really only for viewing. The high tide made it unwalkable, but there is a gorgeous beach very close by that you can walk to and enjoy, maybe a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, rubbish house

This house is expensive, so I expected everything to work. It did not. The oven didn’t work. The stove fan didn’t work, causing the smoke alarm to go off. They replaced a coffee maker that didn’t work. The house is crammed with uncomfortable furniture. It needs a renovation and update. I appreciate shabby chic. This was just shabby. Don’t stay here.
