The Best Vacation!

Friends Weekend Away

We were a group of 8 adults. We all loved this property! Location was excellent because we could walk to restaurants, wineries and the harbor. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great location and space.

We loved this place. Back yard had fruit trees and was private. Our kids could walk to shops / downtown area safely.We used the beach path every day for walking and running.

Great place to stay for a family with a combined 4 bedrooms, all with king size beds. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Long driveway so room for multiple cars.

Perfect for an extended family stay

We stayed for 5 nights around the date of our daughter’s wedding. Renting the two units together worked quite well for our extended family. Separate kitchens and living space came in very handy for those on different schedules plus enough common space for all of us to gather as a whole. Well maintained and outfitted and an unbeatable location.

Santa Barbara Perfection

Our family-my husband, son, and fiancee in upper unit, and my mother in law, sister and brother in law and one daughter in lower unit. This could not have been a better place for us to stay! Location to town and the beach was outstanding, the units were outstanding, all the amenities from the coffee, tea, soaps, lotions, shampoos etc. all wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for a week!

Family wedding

We are a family of 7 adults, in town for a family wedding. The townhouses at 216 Natoma were a perfect fit for our group. They were comfortable, colorful, clean, and close to town and beaches. Having two separate units allowed the younger set to hang out together. We loved the king sized beds, super showers, washers and dryers, coffee machines, and the truly lovely gardens. Thank you!

Perfect place for my family

The property is absolutely beautiful and 2 blocks to the beach. We rented both units (they are identical). Everything is very well thought out including Starbucks coffee. It was spotless when we arrived. The host answered all of my questions pre arrival very quickly. The check in and out processes were so easy. Highly recommended.

truly truly gorgeous house in Santa Barbara.

absolutely zero complaints. So close to the beach and two State Street and two all kinds of things but also in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood.

Santa Barbara Bliss

We had a wonderful vacation at the West Beach Villas. The villas are even more beautiful than they appear in the pictures and the location is perfect. The villas are well appointed with everything you might need. The keyless entry means no need for keys that might get lost and made vacationing with a group extra easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We walked to the beach, shopped and dined at several local restaurants that were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
