“Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. “I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!”

“Manager was not very nice. Pulled up to the hotel and they were renovating it. No ice machines you had to take you ice bucket to the front, however the gentleman at the desk did not want to assist in getting any. Water did not get hot. Fridge did not keep my water cold.”
