“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“Defect： The lights in the room are too few, very dim, not bright enough at all, not even a table is enough and there are few bathroom utensils. Didn't even provide hand soap. The suite we booked as a family didn't have a door... When checking out, the employee had a very average attitude and was indifferent,not proactively greeting the customer. “I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!”

“Very clean and friendly staff. They even helped me find a piece of jewelry that i accidentally dropped down the bathroom sink. Thank you for your help! Room was immaculate. Kitchenette was well supplied! Very modern. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice aesthetic :) Breakfast was delicious. Great variety. Pool area was great. I really liked the warm pool and gas fire pits by the full bbq area. I would come back to this place for sure. I have already recommended to family members.”

“This was my 4th time staying here and have never had any issues. This was the first time I’ve noticed the floor was not mopped in the bathroom and bedroom. There were visible dirt stains all over. I love staying here but I just wished they could at least do a quick pass over with a mop.”
