「I requested to change dates, which wasnt executed. So, I cancelled and re-booked with the new dates. That second reservation then got cancelled, days later wo my request. I had to quickly rebook (for the 3rd time). The communication re: ID is very clunky. Information is provided, then a daily automated email requests more. Plus multiple requests for Info in different emails. Even when information is provided, more requests come thru for the same info. You have to fix the Processes. The onsite...

「Very clean unit, comfortable beds, AC working fine, well equipped kitchen. Good shower water pressure. Only downside is that wall are thin so we could hear neighbors conversations and walking upstairs. Overall very recommendable」

「So grateful, I had some senior guests stay here and they had a very pleasant stay for 2 months. I got a vacuum, blanket and a space heater for them only to realize all such aspects were thought of by the host and were already present at the property. Compact space comfortable for 2 members to stay there and cook with an equipped kitchen.」
