What a beautiful house in the perfect location!! My husband and I came in for a concert with the venue being only 10 minutes from our location. We were pleasantly surprised that Snow Canyon State Park was right around the corner from the house for us to hike and experience. Saturday we drove to Zion National Park and hiked and enjoyed being outdoors. We had the best time visiting Utah for the first time and the home was so well appointed. It was so clean and had EVERYTHING you could need, plus the host was attentive and fabulous! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. 10/10

We loved our stay! The accommodation was beautifully appointed, lovely decor, super comfortable beds/bedding/pillows and the living room area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and really good quality pans, knives, stove etc. Large fridge freezer. Nice round dining table. Everything looked brand new and newly decorated. It had several places outside to sit and enjoy the sun: table and chairs on back patio, lovely little sun trap with seating outside the front door, and an upper area in the xeriscaped backyard to relax in. The pool and hot tub were right out the back gate and shared only with a few other properties and was absolutely delightful. The owners had thought of everything down to pool floats and huge pool towels. Cannot think of anything they could’ve improved on. The only thing was it was alongside a road, which I thought might bother us but it really didn’t as it wasn’t a busy road. Communication was great with the owners. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at this home. We find it a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay when visiting family in the St. George area. It’s just steps away from the Lava Flow trail where we can walk or bike through gorgeous red rocks scenery. We can also get in the car and be in Snow Canyon State Park in minutes. The kitchen is well-stocked and there is a spacious living room / dining area, allowing us to entertain family and friends. We often hang out at the delightful community pool and hot tub, which has both sunny and shaded areas.

Lava Falls was the perfect home base for our vacation! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from scenic biking and walking trails that we explored every day. The house itself is beautifully furnished with a modern, stylish touch and was impeccably clean upon arrival.It’s clear the owners have thought of everything: the home is fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!) to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. After busy days of adventuring, the pool was the ideal spot to unwind and relax.We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway!

An excellent very well supplied property.

This property had everything we needed to "live" there comfortably. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The quality of the cookware was excellent and the home was well stocked with extra amenities. It was close to grocery, activities and of course, beautiful Snow Canyon. The only slight downside was the very busy road it was next to. We enjoyed our extended stay there and would definitely utilize this property when we visit St. George again!

Fantastic Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the gas grill several times. The hot tub and pool are just outside the back yard. The house is in a great location. Far enough away from downtown, but close to grocery stores and restaurants. We went on several hikes in the area. We already have our reservations made for next year!

Great home in Beautiful location

We felt at home as soon as we entered. This is an updated, very clean and nicely decorated home. The beds are comfy. The pictures are accurate. This is so close to downtown St. George but without being crowded. Room to breathe and enjoy the views. Great location to just hang out or adventure to many areas. We had day trips to Zion and Bryce NP, Snow Canyon and all the hiking trails around St. George. Nice paved path right by the home to take an evening stroll and the area felt extremely safe to view the dark skies. Two grocery stores nearby. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen is fully stocked but many restaurants to enjoy as well. I liked sitting in the back yard with my coffee, enjoying the sun and blue sky everyday! And then to watch the sun set over the mountains. Also liked sitting on the cozy patio to read and relax. There is a very nice pool and hot tub area just through the back yard! Perfect place to stay and if in the area would definitely book again! Great communication with owner.

Just the Best!

This was our second stay at Casa de Paz and we were thrilled to be here. We love staying in this home. It's beautiful. It's convenient. It's spotless. It's all the things you'd want it to be when you're at a home away from home. The house is located in a perfect neighborhood with easy access to hiking, biking, swimming, hot tub, parks, entertainment, dining out, groceries... everything! We brought our bikes and put hundreds of miles on them during our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Perfect spot for enjoying St. George

This is our second year staying at Casa de Paz. My husband and I and our adult son had a great time playing golf, tennis, and hiking. The condo was the perfect spot to return to after a busy day. Since we love to cook the kitchen was well equipped for all our dinners. Harmon’s is right down the street and they supplied all our cooking needs from steaks cooked on the gas grill to scallops prepared with sauces in the kitchen. We enjoyed the TV in the great room and slept well in the comfortable beds. No doubt we I’ll stay again when our travels take us to St. George.

Fabulous property

My husband and I stayed in this lovely duplex in Lava Falls for 5 days while visiting friends in Ivins and going to Tuacahn. The property is immaculate. Well- stocked kitchen, and pantry. All furnishings are high end. Comfortable bed and great walk-in shower. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay even in triple digits

This home was perfect as a hub for our visits to Zion and Bryce. It was clean and comfortable and the wives used the pool, which we had to ourselves and was totally refreshing after our hikes!

Felt like home

Came here with my 69 year old mother and it was a wonderfully comfortable spot, very close to my softball fields and also easy access to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon Park. Walkable neighborhood, all the facilities worked and the beds were super comfortable. Was easy to be communal or to have space and time to ourselves. Highly recommended as a home base for a trip to Ivins, we didn’t even begin to use all the property had to offer.

Unfortunately it was rainy half our trip, but the views of the mountains were still amazing. The hosts had the forethought to have shades that opened from the top and bottom to allow for privacy without sacrificing views. Gas fireplace was an ambiance plus for the winter.

Excellent property

My husband, adult son, and I stayed at this two bedroom/two bath half of a duplex in Lava Cove for a week over Thanksgiving, 2023. The unit was very clean and gave off a cozy, homey vibe. The large master bedroom had a desk, flat screen TV, and comfortable chair. There were many places to organize our belongings. Plugs on either side of the bed were available for electronics and the Wi-Fi worked well in all rooms. The bathroom attached was large with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a separate potty room with a door, and ample counter space and drawers. Two large closets flanked the hallway into the bathroom with lots of hanging and drawer space. The bathroom for the second bedroom was across the hall from the bedroom so acted as a full bath and a powder room for the living spaces. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well-equipped with almost everything you could wish for. The gas stove and oven worked well for our Thanksgiving dinner. Having stayed at several other properties in the past we brought along boxes of things we thought we might need and we’re pleasantly surprised that we needed none of it. There is even a cupboard full of spices, oil, vinegars, and baking needs. THe great room has plenty of seating, a smart tv and fire stick, and occasional tables and coffee table. The nearby dining area has a large table. There is a washer and dryer and a large two car garage. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again.

Highly recommend

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and so was all the seating in the lounge area and on the outside patio. Communications with the hosts was excellent throughout. We are regular visitors to St George and would definitely stay in this house again. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home in Great Location

This was one of the best homes we have ever rented through VRBO. Hosts were great and the house is furnished with many extra amenities. It is only minutes from a beautiful canyon but still convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. If we were to return to St. George, we would definitely stay here again.
