Fabulous weekend

Our family members met up in St George for Thanksgiving - this was the perfect place for us to relax- play - laugh and reconnect !! Beautiful home- extra comfy beds and bedding- private pool- gaming systems, and close to so many things to do ! And the management company was the best i have ever worked with i highly Recommend this place.

Football tourney fun

We had a tournament in Mesquite but couldn’t find a place big enough for all of us there. This location in Santa Clara was perfect. We could take the highway through the Shivwits Paiute area and pop out right by Mesquite. The kids loved having our own pool and hot tub and there were plenty of beds for everyone.

Great Family Spaces

Pro: Easy access to Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, grocery stores and shopping. Pool, hot tub and pickle ball were used. Beds were good and kitchen was fully equipped. Cons: Patio furniture was very warn, cracked or broken. All but one chair on display near the fire pit is broken. We only dare set towels on lounge chairs because they look like they would break with anything else on them. We had super loud music and people until 1:30 and 2:30 AM on both sides of us. We called the police the first night because someone was screaming and pounding on the door after 11PM. Respecting the house rules and updating a few minor things, would have made this rating higher than an 7. We would give this VRBO group another shot.

This house is truly as spectacular as it seems. Everything worked perfectly as advertised; pool, hot tub, BBQ, kitchen etc. The house is very well equipped with an excessive amount of huge LG smart TVs in all rooms, towels, board games, kitchen items all labeled, pickleball things, pool floaties... It was very clean, and the host company is very responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay! The local hikes in Snow Canyon are spectacular and only a few minutes away.

The townhouse seemed brand new and in very good condition. The pool was excellent. We enjoyed our self from morning till night. And we would go again.

It was exceptionally clean and everyone was comfortable. It was convenient to be able to rent the two adjacent units for our large group.There was space to work and play. Enough towels, dishes & TP for our 3 day stay. Most directions were clearly posted in logical places. Starting the dishwasher was confusing, no clear start button or directions. This property could use another large trash can in the garage. No recycling. Make sure to bring your own veggie peeler, can opener, ziplock bags, ground coffee and filters for a Mr. Coffee, extra paper towels & trash bags. If you are doing maximum capacity, have everyone bring their own shampoo & conditioner, and dish soap. Although there is a wonderful Harmon’s very close. Most of what was on the kitchen lis was available.

High school senior trip

We had a group of moms and seniors who were coming to visit Zion and Tuachan Theater. We ended up adding a couple other state parks close to the house that were amazing. The house itself exceeded our expectations and the kids loved it! The pool and hot tub was a popular spot and we ate outside several times because the patio area was so nice and comfortable. The entire house was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and very organized. The moms all enjoyed having private bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the kids had great rooms to share as well. We had one very minor issue upon arriving, but the management took care of it immediately. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property!

This would have been a very good vacation except for the partying neighbors with their loud music and screaming late into the night. They were the only loud renters within a 10 mile radius. If you want a peaceful vacation, this development is not an option.

Lots of space for us to spread out. Private pool and hot tub was the best part! House had plenty of pool towels and a selection of pool toys/inflatables. Pleasantly surprised to find a PS4 and Switch upstairs, which both kids and adults enjoyed. Management also provided great customer service. We unexpectedly had to delay our arrival by a day but rather than lose that day, they allowed us to shift our reservation (the house was not booked immediately after us) and without charge. Thanks for accommodating us!

We’re disputing the charge and the staff is working with us to get it resolved. Very nice place and people to work with, it was a special week for our family and we weren’t promised anything that we didn’t receive. Thank you
