“10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and……

“We loved our stay in the beach condo! Super quiet, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Walkable to beach. There were chairs, boogie boards, wagon and beach towels. The place is on the back-side of the complex overlooking a canyon/trees. Extremely quiet. Pool, covered parking and laundry room close-by. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. We had everything we needed. The only thing mentioned in the description that wasn’t available was A/C. It was only warm one night but otherwise was perfect……

“This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again.”

“I really enjoyed staying here. Place was perfect for a short nomad / remote-work stay with a good desk setup and strong wifi. The location is great too - a short walk to the beach or an easy bike ride to the boardwalk or down to pleasure point. Only downside perhaps is the walls are a bit thin and you can really hear your neighbors upstairs.”
