「The midtown cabana is great if you are looking for a more quiet place to stay in Santa Cruz. Although it is a little small, it has a very nice outdoor space that is private and a big, comfortable bed. The host was great and the location is close to several stores and restaurants. 「I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!」

「It was okay. Has an unpleasant smell that gets you as soon as you walk in. Not enough pillows or the right pillows. No couches to enjoy watching tv besides a very hard what appear to be a table with a padding on it and a quilt. The futon inside the room where the bunk beds are, it’s very uncomfortable. 「This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day. 「Great two bedroom apartment. Be aware, there are three floors so if stairs are hard fory ou, this wont be a good fot. Balcony looks out on the boardwalk. Nice stocked kitchen. Safe garage parking. Nice size rooms. Beach toys for kids. Sea lions and seals at the pier andLots of rides and restaurants all within walking didtance. Beautiful cliff walk/ run. Watch surfers. 「We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.」
