Didn’t understand this was a bedroom in a house—room and bed nice, bathroom with old fixtures but hot water is always good! Not terribly friendly with check in but it was late. Not much to do here—-but clean and fair priced

Lovely mountain home in the redwoods. It was very well kept, clean, quiet and in a beautiful location. The feather bed was very comfortable and soft and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in ages. The only drawbacks were things around shared spaces and a lack of clear places to go outside. I was anxious about causing any trouble for the host family, but they were always very kind and courteous when I did see anyone. Overall this was still one of the most lovely places I've been for a peaceful, quiet, comfortable night.

Truly a Zen setting..

No tv in room led to a better night of rest in the most comfortable bed. Kitchenette was well stocked and appreciated. Lovely setting among the redwoods. First time staying at a Vrbo home with the owners but it was pleasant and enjoyable.

Beautiful property, I was surprised at how high the safety deposit was so I messaged the owner Jaimi, she was open about the reasons and communicated well. It was no issue and we ended up having a fantastic stay there. They were great hosts!

Great place for peace and quiet

I didn't have a difficult time finding this location as I thought I would. I would suggest arriving when there's still sunlight though. The room was sparkling clean and larger then I expected. They have a nice common area that fit my needs for a quick breakfast before I started my day. I was impressed with the owner and the other few guest staying at the time. She had a fresh muffin for me every morning and snack bars to put in my backpak since I was going to be on boat most days. There are not many stores or restaurants however a nice drive through the woods gets me to the little town of Felton. I found two great places for dinner where the people were mostly locals and friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone who may want to just get away form it all or as a stop and sleep when scheduled for a busy full day.

The visit seemed fine until I fussed with an appliance on the bedside shelf. The shelf was held to the wall with a few screws in sheetrock. It was ready to fall when I touched it. It fell off the wall. We informed the manager when we left. We were not given any impression that we were responsible. When we arrived home we saw a bill. I telephoned the manager and she hung up on me. Upon complaining on the phone to VRBO, the representative said the charge will be covered by insurance. That is nice, but will this hurt my credit? Also, there are video cameras all over the place.

We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed very comfy & restful sleep. I really don't like twisty mountain roads with cyclists to dodge, but this place was worth even that!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful quiet, clean and very comfortable home. We didn't spend all that much time in the room as we were there to get in as much visiting with family as we could in a short weekend trip but the time we did spend there was very enjoyable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and I love the way the kitchenette is set up. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful stay in a beautiful area then this is the place for you😊
