Great service and kind staff. Spacious and good view room. First the staff gave us a smelly repairment room, but then they change another room to us quickly after we call. They are helpful.

The staffs are very helpful and nice. The building itself is beautiful and the room is spacious. The location is excellent as it is only 3 mins walk from the Kyoto Station but very quiet! I could easily access to the hotel with luggages! Although it is not walkable distance to the most crowded shopping area, it was around 1500-2000 yen by taking taxi to the shopping area. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Kyoto again!
