After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned.

Nice Hotel, good security. Walking distance to Fuente Circle. And with shops and pharmacy just under the building.
The facility is new, and room is cozy with everything in it, nice fumet with pineapple flavouring.
Room is very clean as well. Hot shower. They even provide tooth brush and shampoo.
24 hrs reception and good security, you can only get upon the floor by your room card.
But should notice that they need 1000 PHP deposit when check in.
