This cheerful-two bedroom combines modern comforts (mini-split, queen beds) and eclectic style (beetle-kill pine floors, bright colors, and local art). Nestled in an urban neighborhood near bars, restaurants, and cafes, it's two and a half miles from the Santa Fe plaza, less than two miles from Meow Wolf, and a short walk to Iconik Coffee and The Pantry, the best breakfast spots in town. There's a large fenced yard, perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends.
The space
Our home has an open living, dining and kitchen space. Two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One has an entrance to a fully enclosed, small private outdoor patio/front yard as well as a desk to make remote work easy. A small bathroom with shower includes basics such as soap, shampoo, conditioner. Kitchen includes full fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and a basic stovetop (no oven or dishwasher yet - sorry!!). The kitchen has all other basic amenities, including pots, pans, silverware, dinnerware, and olive oil.
Other things to note
Sorry, no toaster ovens or hairdryers as they are potential fire hazards!
