Beautiful place

We loved this house. It was beautiful and convenient to the shopping. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely stay here again. The rooms were gorgeous and large. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Great place to stay! Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for three adult couples where we all had our private space with 3 master suites with in suite bathrooms. Well equipped and comfortable oozing Santa Fe style. Pleasant walk to Canyon Road and Historical area. Highly recommended.

The house that has it all

This house has been on my radar for about 10 years. My friends always had it booked for the entire month of August forever (they finally built a house in SF) the house has it all: charming decor, plenty of room, off street parking television that lets you actually see live local news, equipped kitchen, SUPER soft king beds and location location location! All boxes checked. Clean to the point of fastidious. The management was very accessible without intruding. Worth every penny

This property is perfect on so many levels. Close to activities, but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. Fully appointed and easy to access. We used all three bedrooms and it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Mom's Weekend Away

This is absolutely one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Not a fleck of dust anywhere! The furnishings were luxurious, the beds were beyond comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. This made for a flawless vacation. Beautiful Santa Fe home with spacious rooms and floor plan to give "space" to everyone. Amenities perfect for 6 adults and one 2 yr old. Cooked all meals in great kitchen. Hope to return.

Beautiful historic Adobe Home

The house is stunningly decorated and at the same time warm and inviting. Every room was immaculately clean. Welcome wine and snacks were so festive. The kitchen was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, coffee, filters, etc. Great neighborhood.

This home is everything it appears to be. Absolutely beautiful interior, spotlessly clean, high-end kitchen appliances, perfect location just a block from a cute bookstore and coffee shop, a short walk from art galleries, quick drive to city center. Bedding is high-end, very comfy. Old houses are often drafty or worn out — this was warm throughout and in beautiful condition. The furnishings are gorgeous. The property manager is very responsive. We had no problems of any kind and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Please note that guests 7/8 will be sleeping on a sleeper sofa in living room as this is not 100% clear on listing.

First of all, this home is gorgeous and decorated like I wish my home was! Super cozy, well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed. Could not be cleaner- it was spotless. Great secure parking for our car. Everything was well labeled and easy to find inside the house. Absolutely loved staying there. We will be back!

615 Garcia St. is a beautiful property, conveniently located to attractions. It is an authentic adobe, lovingly restored and cared for. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. We only used the main master bedroom. Even though it faces Garcia Street, it was quiet at night and it was great to be able to watch the birds at the fountain in the morning from the bedroom windows. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the fireplace has a great draw. The back patio is lovely with table and chairs for dining and a fire pit for the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this stately home.
