Casa Oestra was the perfect location for everything Santa Fe has to offer! The home is cozy and has what is needed for a home away from home.

Great location, comfortable beds. The area can be a little noisy at night due to sirens (not people). Great place for multigenerational gathering. All one level living with one step changes in a few places. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with 4 women. There are space heaters in the bedrooms for cool nights.

walking distance to downtown

Santa Fe is a great place to visit. The city center is compact and easy to walk. This made out location key as we could easy walk to local restaurants, markets, and museums. Additionally some great hiking trails were only 15-20 min drive. The neighborhood and house itself are a on the older side and so may not be the most luxurious accommodations, but are well worth the convenience of location. The master bed and the rest were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything you need and the two bathrooms have been re-done. We had several meals in the home and caught up on laundry. It was a comfortable stay.

Nice but no mention fireplace not to be used until we saw signs here. Major electrical issues, no lights in some rooms, breaker constantly thrown.

Cute house

Cute house with plenty of space inside and out. Parking was tight with 2 vehicles. Mattresses and couch were extra firm. 4 stars for cleanliness because of small dead bugs under the bamboo mat in the bathtub and quite a few spiderwebs outside. All in all a nice place.

Definitely a winner

From the moment of opening the front door, we were impressed with the very nicely decorated and well-stocked house. It is nicely appointed, spacious, very clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with easy access to main roads and a good Mexican restaurant, Old Pecos Trail Cafe very nearby. Check out the Mariachis on Friday nights. A park just down the street was great for walking the dog and the huge backyard was a favourite place for her to wander. We definitely would select this place again.

Has potential!

We had trouble getting into the building. Key got stuck in the lock. Back doors were not locked when we arrived. Wonderful location! The place was not clean. Dust everywhere. Backyard needed to be swept or raked. Spiders and spiderwebs. We had a good time, but not because of the house.

Girls Trip

The home was very comfortable and had all amenities we needed. Plenty of private space. The home is only a few minutes from downtown, close to grocery and easy to get to. A wonderful trip for for girls weekend.
